I own several different types of Skecher shoes from walking shoes to leather casual slip On's. I have never been disappointed with any of them. The Resent Korver Chukka Boot surprised me with the soft feel of the gel foam insole. The boot is built rugged yet works comfortably enough when out walking on a wet day. They are stylish enough for me to wear with semi-casual attire. I would recommend these boots for comfort, fit and value.
I usually always buy Skechers because you get a great shoe at a great price. These shoes are easy to slide into and very comfortable. I treated the leather as soon as I got them to help protect text the leather from water. They fit as expected also. I’m very happy with this purchase.
Very nice looking boots. Comfortable for a slip on. Only thing I'd suggest is that the boot strap to pull on, was right next to the zipper on the rear. That's where I grab to pull them on.
I bought these under the 'try before you buy' plan, figuring it was easy to return if I didn't like them. I loved them. I thought I'd keep them for 'in town' but I picked them up from my mailbox and put them on... as I was on my way on a camping trip! But I was spending the first night at a hotel so I figured I'd wear them.I ended up wearing them off and on at the campground and they cleaned up nicely afterwards so not only are they stylish and comfortable, they are quite utilitarian.
Quality made and everyday wear
Only slip on boot to fit my wide feet and these do the trick. A little tough getting on my feet but once they are on the comfort is amazing!
I have purchased many of these same pair of shoes from Big Box Store but the last 2 pair I have owned were ordered from Amazon. Not sure why but both pair fit differently. This last pair have been horrible just trying to get my foot into the shoe. Once my foot is down into the shoe the fit is decent. This type of shoe has a zipper on the side and allows the shoe to open up more for your foot to drop in. The last 2 pair I have ordered have had an issue and this last pair is really bad. Most of the time the fit is a little tight at first but usually break in within a couple of weeks of wearing them every day. The last pair I purchased never loosened up and I am having to use a pair of plyers to pull the back of them up over my heel. Like I said once they are on, they seem to fit ok. But now because they are so tight pulling them on the zipper has broken, which kind of leaves them no good because without zipping them up they flop around on your foot once they are on. I truly love these types of shoes but will have to go back to box store to purchase.
Boots are good but the pull on loops broke almost right away. It's hard to put the boots on without them.So I installed my own. The ones that come on the boots are very cheap material.
