Comfort: The standout feature of the Skechers Men's Porter Vamen is undoubtedly its comfort. With the innovative air-cooled memory foam, every step feels cushioned, making these loafers ideal for all-day wear. However, while they offer decent comfort, the lack of significant arch support might not cater to everyone’s needs.
Design: This loafer scores high on style points. Its sleek silhouette and rich brown hue make it versatile enough to transition seamlessly from office wear to weekend outings. The open back design adds a modern touch but may feel insecure for those who prefer a snug fit.
Durability: Made from premium leather, the Porter Vamen promises durability. Yet, like any leather product, it does require some breaking in. After a few wears, the leather will soften and conform to your foot, enhancing overall comfort.
Care: One of the practical aspects of these loafers is their maintainability; they are machine washable. This feature is particularly beneficial for maintaining a clean appearance, especially if you plan to wear them frequently.

These are my favorite summer everything shoe I ever had. Around the house slippers, beach, they look great with a pair of slacks for a restaurant, comfort, slip on and off. I wouldn’t recommend for playing basketball but for tourists even long hikes they really are awesome. Skechers knocked it outa the park with these. These things are unique in that other mules are like flip flops that tend to snap off your heel and against the surface. These don’t do that. They stay on your heel like any well fitted shoe. I love them.
I have been looking for a quality, slip-on style shoe for everyday wear for some time. My age has sapped flexibility so it is very difficult to tie a lace up shoe. This shoe gives good support, is very comfortable, looks great and most important, is easy to put on. And the fit is perfect. Five stars for sure.
They look very expensive! The weight of the shoe is a little heavy. My son said they are comfortable.
These are my indoor slippers that I wear on my hardwood floors. My heels hurt if I walk barefoot. I put these on and my heels thank me daily. Take it from my feet ... these are great slippers.
Bought these for the husband who needs more support these days than regular slippers can provide. Was considering buying cork-bottomed mules, but they are way to expensive, so considered these. The tops are mostly leather (great!), there is some arch support (great) and the sole is substantial enough to last for awhile(also great). The only down-side right now is that they are tight; they will loosen up as he wears them. He can duck outside on the deck if need be, the dog can step all over the tops of his feet and he should begood for quite awhile. I buy the same kind of mules (of various brands) for slippers and have for years. Makes sense in the rural area where we live.
I thought they were brown based on the image. Only three stars because without socks they seem comfortable. Now about the color: remember the women's flesh colored undergarments that were supposed to not show through clothing but they really looked like they were flesh stained from not washing white clothes for 6 months, yeah they look like that dirty white flesh color. On the other hand I doubt anyone would try to steal them. I'm just hoping if I walk around enough and get them dirty then they should at least turn a bit more brown. Another person suggested to get them wet and that might help. Although for the right size without socks they do seem to feel good; with socks they seem to want to twist weird. I might say if you are going to wear socks then maybe wear white lower than ankle socks. Wearing a black sock when putting them on for the first time makes them look even worse. I would call them a light tan almost like they forgot to add the brown to the natural material color; I'll have to look back at my old ones and see which version those were before I get another pair.
I bought them to replace my Crocs, both to wear inside the house and to walk in the park. They are very comfortable, and the sole has excellent grip, they do not slip even on wet floors. The size is exact, buy them with the usual size.
Really durable and comfortable! My husband loved this Christmas present. He used them for indoor house slippers. Great comfort and non slip bottom!
