To the reviewer who gave this shoe a one-star rating: PLEASE. Wear the shoes before you review them. I own three pairs of SJP shoes, and they are a bargain for what you get: gorgeous designs, beautifully dyed leather (top to bottom), made in Italy. They fit like a dream. They even SMELL good. These shoes are easily comparable to what you'll find in the high-priced-design tier of footwear ($600+). I'd love to be able to wear cheap shoes, but the fact is, they hurt my feet, they stink (synthetic linings and soles), and they're ultimately not even worth the small amount of money you pay for them. Ms. Parker has done a great service to women like me who want REALLY good shoes, but don't want to spend a crazy amount of money on them.

Perhaps, she should take advice from the immensely successful Jessica Simpson and design shoes that working women can afford. Carrie Bradshaw has obviously gone to her head. Who cares what the shoe looks like. This is Amazon, not Rodeo Drive.
I own several SJP styles, and can vouch for their great quality and classic design. They can hold their own with high-end brands with much higher price points. I was excited to see this style in a 70mm heel, as I like the lower heels for daywear. I love a t-strap shoe, but this style has a really pointed toe and wasn't comfortable or flattering on my foot. I returned them, but would have kept them if the toe was slightly rounded or almond-shaped.
