I'm so thrilled SJP shoes can be found on Amazon. What a fabulous partnership since her shoes are sold at limited retailers. These shoes were sold out in my size on the SJP website. I noticed on the site the shoes are also sold on Amazon. So happy to have found the ones I wanted. These are very high quality shoes. One note: the sizing is European so be careful with making the right choice on size. Based on previous purchases of SJP shoes, in my opinion they run a bit small. I typically wear a size US 9.5 which in EUR would be 39.5. However, in SJP I need to go up one full size to EUR 40.5 which is US 10.5. In this style, the toe is pointed so the larger size is necessary. The heel is lower which I like. The heel measures 2.75 inches (70 mm). The heel height on most of SJP shoes is very high and I didn't want stilettos. These are very comfortable shoes. I also have these in black and right out of the box I wore the black ones on a trip where I did a lot of walking and standing and my feet were happy. These are made in Italy and the craftsmanship is excellent. Beautiful shoe. You can't go wrong.

TLDR: Strap tore on fourth timing wearing the shoes within 3 months if ownership. Customer service never responded after multiple attempts at contact.Entire story: While walking in NYC in January, the strap that connects to the base of the shoe tore and had been ruined. I contacted SJP customer service two days later when I returned home. Offered to supply photos and pictures of my receipt. No response. Contacted two more times and still no response. Completely tainted my experience
I am so in love with these shoes!!! They are beautifully made, comfortable and classy. I have never spent this kind of money on a pair of shoes, but these are definitely worth it. They are the type of shoe that will turn heads, trust me!
