I'm not at all impressed about my return! 11-21-22 this product was received returned and I am still awaiting my money! I have never waited this long for anything returned. Quality of the boot looked nice but they were way to big. Was going to buy a smaller size but I'll buy elsewhere since you don't feel you need to return my money timely! Check into this and get it done. This is unacceptable.
I was so excited to find a wide calf Edelman on Amazon, and despite seeing a few other poor reviews figured it was worth it. Fresh out of the box, these are not the same quality as my Penny boots that are about 6 years old. They fit well and were stylish so I decided to keep them anyhow since I really needed some new boots. But here’s where internet/Amazon shopping fails me- if I had seen and tried these on in store, I would have never bought them at this price. They are more $50-70 boots. Now, about a month into owning and only worn 5/6 times the rubber of the heel is peeling out. Very disappointed.
Had to send back leather was hard and boots were too big around calf area
