The Ryka Women's Fierce XT Cross Training Shoe stands out as an essential companion for women who engage in high-impact workouts. The shoe excels in its ability to offer a secure fit during lateral movements, which is crucial in strength training sessions. The RE-ZORB LITE technology provides lightweight impact protection, making those intense workouts feel less taxing on your joints.
One of the standout features is its anatomical insole, designed to provide extra arch and heel support. This thoughtful design reduces fatigue during long workout sessions. Additionally, the sticky rubber outsole with its marbled design ensures excellent traction, allowing for swift pivots and turns without slipping.
However, keep in mind that while the shoe fits most women well, those with broader feet may find it a tad snug. Some users have reported a brief break-in period; thus, wearing them for shorter durations initially can be a good practice.
Overall, the Ryka Women's Fierce XT Cross Training Shoe represents a fantastic blend of functionality, comfort, and style. Ideal for women seeking reliable performance during their workouts, this shoe can easily become a staple in your fitness wardrobe.

Very comfortable. Very lightweight. Great for walking around the gym. They don’t have ankle support. I don’t know if I would buy them if they weren’t on sale. The inside logo rubbed off after one wear but great for just walking around shoes
Overall, these sneakers are nice. They look nice and have good support. The problem is the supported insert is very stiff and pushes the sneaker out on the inside of the foot. Instead, of the sneaker tapering in on the foot near the instep, it is sticking out a bit. It was unflattering on my foot; it made my foot look kind of wide.
Love the colors, good arch support and really comfortable
Light weight with great support. My new go to for all my classes.
Love the design, felt great on my foot the moment I put it on. Perfect fit and good support for a lifting sneaker. I love these and will buy this model again and again. Can’t wait to workout! Best for dynamic lifting workouts and hiit circuits. Way better than my old trainers. Love this brand so far!
These shoes have a great arch support, but takes a minute to get used to them but I am able to wear them 9 hours in concrete floors without pain.
I loved the look of these shoes. But found them to be defective. The first order the plastic decoration around the heel was sticking out on one shoe. Returned them and reordered. Then the arch support on one of the shoes was too high and made my foot sore. Other shoe was ok. Then after wearing them just a few times the orange decorative cover on one of the shoe laces fell off. Quality is not good on this model. I have worn Rika's for over 20 years so I am disappointed.
Ahhh Rykas- how my feet love you! Perfect fit. Got a half size bigger to accommodate my orthotics. Awesome shoes!!!
