This is my second pair. Keep one pair at work and one at home. Unbelievable traction. Good arch support. Gives really good balance for climbing up and down ladders and walking up and down slipplery stairs and steps. They protect my feet from getting beat up in a tough working environment. They protect my feet from harsh chemicals at work too. I highly recommend these boots. Expensive but if your feet are very important to you, buy good boots
