Needed a 14 wide. Have purchased other wide boots that were tight. This boot fit perfectly and required no break in which was amazing to me
They have better soles and a more durable design. Harder to break in go half a size up from your regular size.
Let me begin by stating this, I don't normally complain... But, I have many issues with these boots. The lining (lack there of) completely grips my socks when I put them on making them difficult to slide on or off. The foot bed is NOT cushioned at all. And when I purchased a gel insole to replace the original, I ran into a lack of sufficient space for my foot within the boot. I was forced to return to the original junk. They don't bend well, or flex well. I am on my feet all day and every night I came home after wearing these boots my feet ached for the rest of the night. To be clear, yes, I have given them there fair shake. They have had more than 5 months to "Break In" and they have changed very little. I have stopped wearing these boots.You may wonder why I gave them 2 stars if they were so bad. I have to say, that with all my issues, these boots look great. Bummer they didn't work out.
