Be aware these boots have steel shanks. Boots fit perfect and were very comfortable. I have to go through TSA every week and was looking for a composite type shank to pass through without taking shoes off. Very impressed with the look, fit and comfort of the boot. If you want a great boot and steel shanks are OK with you then these boots would be perfect. You would not be making a bad choice.
I like them seem like a good boot for the money. No complaints.

Have only had these boots a week now so it's a little early to give a full review, but so far so good. Fit is very good, but like most (if not all) work boots I've ever owned, they are little stiff out of the box. Not uncomfortable though. The leather is what I would call a nubuck type of leather so proper care and cleaning will be important in keeping them looking good and staying waterproof/repellant. Haven't put that to the test yet either... Only time will tell how well they hold up, but they definitely seem to be well made boots. Looking forward to wearing them for years to come!!I've had these boots for a little more than a year now so I feel I can give a better review now. As my every day work boots they are holding up great. I do building maintenance so I am on my feet most of the day and the boots have broken in nicely and show little signs of wear. Materials and workmanship are great. And they are waterproof, as tested multiple times while standing in water cabling stopped up floor and shower drains. So I'm changing the title of this review from "Seems to Be Great Boots" to "Great Boots"!! I would definitely buy these boots again!!Back again for another update. Having had these boots for about 2 1/2 years now and being my everyday work boots I feel I need to add this to give a better, long-term review. The uppers (leather) of the boots are holding up fantastic. With the exception of normal scuffs and scraps, they are still in excellent condition. On the down side however, the soles have cracked. I contacted Rocky directly to see about getting them resoled and was told they don't offer that service. So I took them to a local shoe repair shop and was given an estimate of $80 to have them resoled. While the boots are in good enough condition to warrant resoling, I don't know if I want to spend that much since the boots only cost about $130. So for this reason I'm downgrading my rating to 4 stars. Sorry Rocky! You need to come up with a better, longer lasting sole.
I work in a wood production environment of chemicals, water, etc. These are the most reliable waterproof and comfortable boot i have bought in 7 years in this work place. They are 7 months old and just as comfortable as day one. Bought a backup pair already for good measure
Ok I bought these at the beginning of the season in spring. I am now only a few weeks out from the end and these boots are the best I ever had they got through daily work and still have no withering even after collecting garbage in a river for 10 hrs straight one of the days.
Thought they were not going to be true to it's size for my husband's foot but he actually said they fit perfectly and they feel comfortable. Will be ordering a second pair after the holiday.
Great fit as usual...use to be my favorite boot Brand ....but the soals were junk ..uppers are great as expected ..I just hope the bottom half holds up ..time will tell ....
