Had a pair that lasted me about 2 years. Ordered a new pair and upon lacing it up the first time the little eyelets broke off. Ordered a replacement pair and that one lasted about a week before doing the same. Quality has gone down hill
Wore the boots for 5 weeks and had to return due to a seam holding the boots upper together. Sent back to Rocky and couldn’t get a response for an update, so I called approximately two weeks after the boots were sent back. Customer service advised the boots were there, but haven’t been checked in yet. She said they were two weeks behind on returns and that should say a lot about the quality of the brand. Will not buy again.
