Boots fit great and are light weight, plus I love Rocky products. However, the fabric around the ankle makes a pop sound when walking or running. The sound does not dissipate as the boot breaks in (I have been wearing the boot for 4 weeks now). Rocky customer service refused to address the issue. I am a 20 year military member who has worn military style boots my entire career, and while these boots seem highly functional, the sound they creat is just too much to overcome.
Boot fits well and feels light. Appears well made. However, the fabric around the ankle makes a pop sound, very similar to wearing flip flops on a beach. Sound is loud enough that coworkers ask what the sound is when I walk by. Sound has not dissipated as the boots have broken in over the last 4 weeks.
Too many pressure points. Makes the boot very uncomfortable. Also way heavier than the previous C4T edition. this was a match not made in heaven with Vibram and Rocky.
