Had to get a pair of duty shoes for work. I usually wear bates 8" boots at work. They tend to put strain on my upper shin area cause they are taller. Went to the Rocky's and They are great. Polishable and professional looking. Great traction and insole is very thick. Ran a little loose for me so added a dr sholls insert and they are good. I would highly recommend these to someone who has to do foot patrols,

I did not like the size were too big for me
I've been buying the taller model for years. Always fit great and are comfortable right out of the box. I have had issues with the soles coming off and ripping , but that was in a high abuse shop area. This vendor is excellent , delivery was in 3 days not the cautious holiday expected January date . Fed Ex showed up on 12-26 a Sunday , day after Christmas . Good job
