I am a size 12.5 and I have a wide foot. It is very hard for me to find shoes that fit well. Many companies only make 12 or 13. This is my second pair of Rockports so I knew their size 12 runs a little big. I ordered size 12 Wide and they fit perfect. The length and the width are great. Very lightweight and comfortable. My wife says that I look handsome in them!
These are a different type of Rockport slip on then I've worn before. Usually the loafers which are great. These are so comfortable I've worn them every day since I got them. Extended standing and walking are a pleasure with these. A great shoe!
The opening for the foot is rather tight. Have to use a shoehorn.

Two years ago I ordered a pair of slip-on Rockports in 9.5 W from Amazon and they have lasted well since. They are beginning to wear out as I use them fairly regularly so I wanted to order something similar that was maybe a bit more comfortable. I also ordered two other pairs from other brands in the same size and those fit fine.This pair was just bizarrely narrow and also just felt small overall. I could barely even get my foot inside! And once I did the whole fit just felt off. The arch was in the wrong spot, the center felt too narrow and so did the toe, as well as being too short.I double-checked and confirmed that the size on the label said 9.5 W. Perhaps this one was an 8.5 or 9 W that got mislabeled, but this is my first time getting such an issue with my online shoe orders.It was hard to rate these based on any other criteria because the size just affected the feel in all areas. But I also just didn't really like the look or feel from what I could tell beyond the size. They definitely look a bit more cheaply made in person. And I wasn't really impressed with the padding of the soles.
I've had several pair of Rockport. Sizing fits me well, comfortable, and good durability.BUT, the top and sides have mostly gray leather, not brown. They do have small patches of brown on each side, but not enough to call them "brown" shoes. They are gray.
I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit my wide and thick feet. These do. Thus they must be more roomy than more other shoes in the same size.The insole is pretty flat, and the sole is very flexible. Not a lot of support, but I am a barefoot whenever the boss isn't watching kind of guy so I love it. Best classy enough for office work shoe I've had in a loooong time. Bought a bunch so I will have more when they wear out.I actually stopped using my casual day to day shoes and just wear these all the time (when I have to wear shoes) bc they are so comfortable. YMMV but if you like a shoe that flexes with your feet instead of isolating you from the ground, I say they are worth a try.
