This is my 2nd pair of these. They fit great, offer good support, and are waterproof too! I mange a warehouse and when I'm not wearing safety toe boots I have these on. Their traction is comparable to my safety boots, but way more comfortable. I bought a pair of them in black and brown so I can switch off.
I have this shoe in brown as well, size 13. Fits great, quick to slip on, and looks good in jeans or slacks. I love the waterproof feature, and have appreciated at how solid this shoe is.
I like these shoes - they look great, and they are comfortable, except I find them a little bit too short in the vertical direction. I find they expert a bit too much pressure on the top of my toward my shin, and after about 6 hours, it starts to hurt. Maybe I just got them a little bit too small. Good arch support, well made - overall, great product for the price - just a little too small for me. My plan is to get them stretch out a little bit, and then I expect they should be fine.
First, I'll admit I have been a Rockport fan boy for several decades. Rockport shoes have always fit me great and are nothing but a pleasure to walk around in all day. I have bought several kinds of dress shoes as well as loafers over the years. They last a really long time and worth every penny I spent on them. Anyway, I love these shoes and have been in them for several weeks now. They fit a little bit snug (12M/D my size), but they are very comfortable walking around in all day. The antique tan leather looks better in person than in the picture - a little more subdued with some color depth. They are very easy putting on and taking off. I have not had a chance yet to test the waterproofing, but I expect it to perform like my other waterproof Rockports. I look forward to spending some serious time in these shoes over the coming years.
I am always worried about getting a good fit when ordering online. This shoe couldn't have been a better fit if I had purchased it at a local shoe store. No complaints whatsoever. Good product and seller service.
Right out of the box the fit perfect. Very comfortable even if I'm on my feet a long time. Easy to get on and off. Look great. I'm a real estate agent the PNW, and I'm always walking in the rain or wet grass etc. My socks and feet always stay dry. Would absolutely buy these again.
The size was about right. But, it felt a bit too long and also a bit tight width wise so I can't say it was too small or large. The insole is not a "slippery" as I like and sometimes bunches up my cotton blend socks a bit at the end of the day, but not so much with my merino wool socks. Otherwise, the shoe is very comfortable with excellent traction.I am curious on how well it will take a polish.
The shoes is Comfortable but it makes a lot of squeaky sound when walking on marble flooring. The shoes was actually fit but after wearing it for a couple of times it became loose. Note as well that it does not fit all formal suits, if you are planning to wear it for a formal meeting or a formal party that is not the right shoes for you.
