In my opinion these are the best boots going right now. I live in False Pass, AK and with 50+ inches of rain and 80 odd inches of snow per year boots take a beating, but these stand up to everything. Wear like tennis shoes, light weight, excellent support and keep my feet warm into the 30's in winter. Soles on the one pictured are over two years old and still going strong, no stitching issues, just time for a replacement before winter roles back in.Well worth the investment.
I am in the military and these are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn! I wear them all day, everyday! I am just got my 5th pair in 8 years. You won't be disappointed. I wear a 13 in running shoes, but wear a 12 in these. It seems that most of my shoes are size 12. I like my running shoes with just a little more room for my toes.
Originally I attempted to purchase the composite toe/zipper version, but they were out of the size. So I settled for this version. These boots look similar to another pair that I had so I hoped they would provide the same comfort. Initially, these boots destroyed my legs breaking them in and the tongue is rather large and bulky. After a few weeks, they have broke in rather nice and are fairly comfortable. I bought a half size smaller than normal based on the other reviews and the fit is good.
To years of wearing all day everyday and still good to go. They are beat up and weathered and the boot sole is still like new and stitching is solid. I lived in the Mohave desert and moved to the gulf south. Sand, mud, red clay, rain, heat and humidity! Good to go. Still have original insoles. Former U.S.M.C. will buy again...
Best lightweight boot I've ever had. I've been buying this particular style since it was sold by Converse, and Haven't regretted it for a second. They are long-wearing too, lasts me 3-4 years.
Awesome boots. Put them on, lace them up and go. Looks like a boot, but as comfortable as a sneaker. I wear them daily 10-12 his in 90+ degree weather and they are super comfortable
Boot fits well but it could use pull straps to aid in getting boots on. Non are present.
