They are almost too big. That's because so many reviewers said they ran really really small, plus it was very hard for me to translate the sizing into US sizes so I ended up guesstimating. But they are beautifully made and beautiful and they will look just great with my embroidered caftans (which I also bought on Amazon).

I ordered the red pair. They are very pretty house shoes. However, I am an 8.5, ordered size 39 (Amazon recommended size) and it is too short. It’s possible to wear them but I feel like my heels are nearly off the shoe, and I don’t end up wearing them because it’s not quite comfortable or convenient.
The shoes are pretty and the rubber (?) soles were a pleasant surprise. Regretfully, even though I ordered them size larger, they did not fit over the top of my foot. Gave them to my daughter whose feet are three sizes smaller than mine. They fit her very well, but were long in the footbed (to be expected).

Therefore, having my eye on this pair, which are identical but for a VERY slightly less pointed toe, I bought them in the same size - - still ordering one size up. But they are too small. The soles are about 3/8" to 1/4" shorter than the first pair. The web page states that Fit is True to Size and further down it states to order a size up because they run small. That is contradictory, but one should order 2 sizes up for this style.
I wear a women's 8/8.5 M and I usually take a 39 in Euro sizes, but they were itty bitty for me. I returned them and the 41 is perfect. Very cute and comfy slippers!
