I have wide feet, a high instep, and feet that are prone to pain and/or swelling. The cute shoes I bought always seemed to be too narrow or to cut into the top of my foot, so for years I wore nothing but athletic shoes. I wanted shoes that were easier to put on and less clunky and I found these on Amazon. I love them! I have one pair each of the blue ones and the gray ones in size 10 extra wide. They are extremely comfortable and stretch over the top of my foot. Their appearance is okay, and I can wear them with a casual dress. They are easy to get on and off. They are less supportive than my athletic shoes, but that has not been a problem. However, after nine months of alternating the two pairs to wear every day and everywhere, usually without socks, they are wearing out. The stitching is still intact but the bottom has lost most of its tread and the sole feels more like a slipper than an outdoor shoe. I had already bought a third pair because I did not want to take a chance on them going out of stock, and now that I am starting to wear that one, I am here on Amazon trying to decide whether to buy a fourth pair yet. I do not want to be without these shoes! I am hoping that the blue ones will come back into stock.
I have been searching for shoes that actually fit for the last 2 years. I'm 58 and had been a size 10 since my college days. So imagine my surprise when I would order my usual size and they were all too small to the point where I couldn't even get my foot in.To make matters worse, I also have developed edema in both feet which hasn't helped and I have a high in-step so even if shoes were long enough or wide enough, they were too tight across the top of the foot.I tried everything... going to a wide... going up a size; going to wide; going to a 11-wide... but nothing seemed to work well -- particularly since those sizes are SOOOO hard to find. I had resigned myself to having to start wearing old lady type diabetic shoes when I decided to give these a try.SUCCESS! They fit PERFECTLY!!! If anything, a size 10 is almost a little long -- especially for my right foot which is shorter than my left. I can get them on without a shoe horn and an aerobic workout. AND they look and feel like normal shoes. I feel like I have a new lease on life because if you can't get shoes on easily, you are not really wanting to leave the house. If you don't leave the house, well, you lose mobility... FAST! (If the pandemic has taught me anything, it has taught me that!)They are comfortable. They are a nice casual looking shoe. They have a good base so that my ankle isn't going to turn one way or the there. They aren't too tight and there is plenty of room for my toes to move around. I will say that my feet are sweating a little wearing them so they may not be the most breathable. I'm not wearing any socks but there is plenty of room should I want to add those. In addition, my feet aren't at the most swollen but again, there is room so that if my feet do get more puffy, I can still put these on.I'm sooooo happy to have found these! Since arthritis has changed my foot structure, I was happy to find shoes that don't cause pain. Shoes are nice looking and comfy. Left shoe is slightly bigger than right, but still, I am happy to find shoes with the fit I need.
I have 4e wide feet and have never found shoes wide enough to fit my feet until now. I never thought to look online for shoes specifically fit 4e wide until recently either but I’m glad I did .I ordered these shoes in xx wide width because I was afraid the x wide wouldn’t be wide enough. I’ve never owned a pair of shoes that my feet slipped into easily until i ordered these shoes.The shoes themselves are a good quality and very comfortable too . When I put these on for the first time I couldn’t believe that my foot slipped right in as if these were custom made , I started to cry because I had waited 54 years for this moment.The xx wide are comfortable and not tight I almost think I could have ordered the x wide but was worried they wouldn’t be wide enough. The xx wide are not too big for me but if you desire a slightly tighter fit you could go wax wide vs xx wide . All in all it’s comforting to know I can get shoes to fit my feet finally thank you.

Propet is an excellent brand for extra wide feet. I liked the striping pattern on the shoe. The sole is ultra light and flexible. I thoroughly enjoyed using my first pair and found myself looking to buy a replacement pair so that they did not look so used! I know that when this pair has seen its better days, I'll be soon buying another pair!
They look great, very well made, but it's the second model I have to return because of poor sizing. It says size 11 is 11 in long but it definitely isn't. The vendor must check up its size lists because they are very very wrong. I'm returning this one... Again!!
Bought these in two colors and super love them (although I think the navy blue is cuter than the gray/black stripe). I've worn them a lot and they are wearing well and can be washed in the machine (at least I have with no ill effect). These have some give to them and a little height on the part over the top center of the foot - so there's room to replace the insert that comes with a really nice one for comfort if you're going to be in them a lot of hours.
