Fit as stated. COMFORTABLE all shift long. Thick flat sole, so no back aches. Good traction sole. Quality shoe as expected by Nurse Mates. Only brand I wear after trying different ones at the beginning of my 20 year career. Feet don’t hurt.

Too small buy at least one size. Cute shoes, with comfy padding though.
I have a TINY foot, I'm usually a size 6. I read that these ran small so I sized up to 6.5. I read that the toe box pinched so I made it a 6.5 WIDE. I thought if they were too big, I could wear thicker socks. To my absolute SHOCK, they're to small! At a half size up and wide, my tiny little size 6 foot couldn't even get inside the shoe. They weren't just tight - I never even got them fully on my feet. I'm nearly speechless at how small these are.
I have bought these several times. I am hard on shoes and these keep up with me and last and last and are sturdy and comfortable to boot
