This is my second pair. My first ones lasted a very long time (four years I think now). I took care to use a shoe horn to keep the backs intact, cleaned them regularly, and added new memory foam insoles when the originals ran out of life. I wore these only for food service work when I initially got them, but liked them so much they became the only shoes I wear (other than my gym shoes). I had pretty bad knee and foot pain with quite a few different pairs of shoes (even expensive "doctor recommended" styles) before finding these. If I wear other shoes for extended periods of time the pain comes right back. I hope they never stop making these. Comfortable, stylish, reasonably priced, and they last as long as you care for them.
The shoe is great if you are driving or a passenger in a car. But if you walk any distance, it is uncomfortable.
