This has to be the most comfortable shoe ever straight out of the box I have ever had.I could have maybe went down a half a shoe size from a 10 to a 9.5,I order a 10 just to be sure it will fit but could probably go with a 9.5. I wanted the CH but had to settle with the Brandy which is okay but with the Brandy, the only real leather is the toe area, rest seems to be made of what I call pleather. I bought these to wear as my everyday fall-winter-early spring shoes.Plus I want a somewhat slick sole so I don't bring nature back into the house with me every time I step outdoors. These will get put through the wringer so to say and I hope their up for it.I'm hard on my everyday shoes from 4-wheeling,tractoring,gardening,lawn mowing, bush hogging, construction to just walking and occasionally running from the mad Angus bull to bigfoot. I probably have them both here where I live.Update:Clearing out fence row with loppers leaving 1-2 inch stobs sticking up and and would you believe that one of these stobs went all the way through the sole on my left shoe, there went my water proofing with a hole clean thru the sole.
9.5 Wide.....Good Fit....I wanted a more stylish/dressy chukka than my old Clarks Desert boots with the crepe souls...these filled the bill. They're well made and I really like the look of the textured leather uppers....even look great with regular khaki pants... My Clarks are my weekend "around the yard" boots....and these, around Town...
After the first few days of wearing them half of the elastic on the left heal had started falling apart. Surprisingly it's still holding together really well. Overall they're comfortable and look pretty nice, just not thrilled with the quality of the ones I got (this could just be my sample).
Decent shoe with attractive design. Sole will separate from top in time.
Shoes arrived in standard shoe box with expected inserts and protective paper wrapped around each shoe. Size was spot on with what was listed. Easy to put on with the flexible eleastic on both sides of the top of boot in the back. Very comfortable, especially the gel insert proivides for all day wear on day one without any discomfort. The only deviation from pictures was that they are not made in the USA, but are made in China. Concern was eliviated once inspected and I can see the craftmanship and quality is really high with no defects. Will order this brand again for sure.
Looks great and the shoe is light weight.

I liked the boots. Fit fine and I really liked the soft cloth lining around the ankles since I have screws froam an accident and regular shoes inflame the skin over the screws. I have seen some reviews that say the leather is too soft and creases. It is soft and does crease which means they they are comfortable and have character. If you want that hard leather that never breaks in, have at it. This is a Chukka boot not a work boot. What I did not like was the shoestrings seemed odd. so i took them out and one shoelace was 39 inches and the other was 36 inches. I contacted Nunn Bush and they said they do not stock shoelaces and recommended where and what laces could be purchased by me. I bought a pair and the tips would not fit. Too big. These shoes have dress shoe eyelets. I bought those and they are fine. Somebody just put a 39 on one boot and a 36 on the other and they could not send me one or the other. POOR QUALITY CONTROL!. I hope they hold up but I have my eye on some Rockport Chukkas if these start falling apart. Nunn Bush used to be a good quality shoe. The Rockports are $15 more dollars but I wore some Rockport Dress Chukkas for over 15 years before I retired.
