I got a new pair of athletic shoes around the same time, so I tracked what I was wearing when I had heel pain, and it was only when wearing these all day. I bought gel heel inserts which helped a little but not enough. My heels always feel like they’re bruised after wearing these. Sadly, I’ll have to stop wearing these all day and get something different. Maybe I’ll try different inserts, but since the ones I bought already cost half the cost of the shoes, probably not. I’ll definitely keep them but only to wear for shorter durations.
