Love these boots, haven't had any leaks, even when standing in water. I'm a 10 1/2 and I could have gotten an 11. Look good, feel good, good purchase.
Garbage boots. Took them out of the box and looked em over. Seemed like a solid boot for the price. According to my fitbit, I walked a total of 137 steps before a seam tore open. You could see right into the boot. To put things in perspective, here is a list of footwear that is more durable than these boots: slippers, boot liners, socks, Dr. Scholl's blister strips, and those crappy foam flip flops they hand out for pedicures.
Great boots at any price! no break in needed on boots
I read the reviews of other Northside boots and felt comfortable ordering my usual size 10. They were too snug, so sent them back and got a size 10.5. They fit about right with athletic socks. If I were to do it over, I would order a full size larger. That said, they are very light and seem well made. Haven't worn them enough to know how comfortable they will be when broken in, but I expect them to be a good value for the money.*UpdateAfter wearing them for a week, they are comfortable. At 1/2 size larger, they are just right with cushion sole crew socks. If I wanted to wear heavy wool socks, I would order one size larger. The lacing system is slick, and the sole gives good traction.
Very nice boots, I must have hit a summer sale because I picked them up in the $20.00 range. They now go for a lot more than that, got lucky and these are SOLD !
