Available in the vibrant Team Red/Metallic Copper-Black-White color scheme, this shoe combines style with functionality, making it a popular choice among fitness enthusiasts.

The Nike Women's Flex Trainer 9 Cross stands out in terms of flexibility, which is particularly beneficial for circuit training and lower-impact exercises. The lightweight nature of the shoe allows you to move freely without feeling weighed down, making each workout session more enjoyable.
In terms of design, the synthetic upper paired with a heel strap offers added containment, ensuring your foot remains stable during lateral movements. This level of support is crucial when engaging in activities that require quick changes in direction or agility.
One of the most commendable attributes of the Flex Trainer 9 is its durable design. The foam midsole not only lightens the load but doubles as the outsole. This feature significantly reduces the overall weight of the shoe while the rubber in high-wear areas provides extra durability—an essential trait for anyone regularly participating in fitness classes or gym workouts.
Moreover, the mesh material used in the forefoot enhances breathability, a feature that many active women appreciate, especially during intense workouts where sweat tends to build up. The tri-star outsole pattern is designed to expand and disperse pressure effectively, further contributing to your comfort.
While these trainers have numerous strengths, potential buyers who seek substantial arch support might find them lacking. Additionally, the lighter color palette, while stylish, can attract dirt faster than darker shades, necessitating more frequent cleaning.

I have tried every brand and these Nike Flex shoes are the best if you are flat footed aka very small arches. They are extremely light weight, perfectly shaped with toe room, flexible, and the most comfortable shoe I have very worn. I have purchased 3 pairs over the last 4 years and will only wear these in the future. (I wear size 8, have low arches but not Fred Flintstone feet...just normal width)
I wear a women's shoe size 12 so finding shoes that are comfortable and don't make my feet "look" larger than they are is very (very) challenging. These look great. They are very lightweight. I wear them to the gym for weight training but do not think they are appropriate for running. The bottom rubber sole seems a bit too soft and small rocks like to jam and get stuck. Other than that, I really like this sneaker. The color of the material is unique, sort of a blend between gray and silver with black trim. I think they look great and they also look very nice to wear with jeans. I've only been wearing them for a week so I cannot rate longevity yet. I'll update the review if I experience any problems.
I love these shoes. I got an 8 in womens and it was pretty accurate fit. Comfort wise I would give them a 3 out of 5 because the shoes lack support. Not the most comfortable shoes but they look great!
No adjustment period. Comfortable from day one. I hadn't tried working out in them as of yet. The shoes are pretty to the eyes and I want to keep them that way for as long as I can 🤣
Amazing fit - I’ve had this shoe before so I was intend to look for it again. The part we’re you toes is a flexible so if you have bunions or other foot problem - no problem! The back where your heel is not terribly padded so the heel fits comfortably, and the heel lift is easily accessible.
I wanted to like these because they look cute but the tongue of the shoe was very uncomfortable and didn’t lay flat on the top of my foot. My arch is high and I do have boney tops of my feet (might sound weird but I know I’m not alone in that lol) but the tongue gets bunched up and bothers the top.
I have been wearing Nike brand for decades because they fit!!
These shoes are cute but if you have arch problems or need cushion of any kind, this is NOT for you. I use for indoor low impact workouts but I would not recommend to wear them for any kind of jumping, running, cardio workouts. The sole has zero support; it's just a flat plastic sole with no traction. I wouldn't even wear these to the grocery store because that is too much walking and my arches would suffer. The only thing I would wear these for is to retrieve mail to protect your feet from the elements. But do be careful if it's wet outside because you will probably slip on the pavement. NVM... Just wear your slippers; they will be more comfortable and protect your feet better.
