The Nike Men's Varsity Compete TR 3 sneaker excels in providing the stability required for heavy lifting sessions. The flat, wide sole design ensures that you remain grounded during your workouts, while the integrated straps work seamlessly with the laces to hold your foot securely in place. This feature is particularly beneficial for those who engage in dynamic movements.
One of the standout aspects of this sneaker is its durable construction. The high-abrasion mesh not only promotes breathability but also stands up to the wear and tear associated with frequent gym visits. You can trust that these shoes will last through countless training sessions.
The solid rubber outsole is engineered with a specific traction pattern that enhances grip, allowing you to maintain your footing regardless of the surface you’re working out on. Whether you're on a smooth gym floor or tackling outdoor exercises, these shoes deliver reliable traction.
Comfort is another important factor to consider, and the foam cushioning in the Varsity Compete TR 3 adds an extra layer of support, helping to absorb impact whether you're running drills or weightlifting.
However, it's worth noting that some users may find the need to break these shoes in before achieving maximum comfort. Additionally, if you're someone who appreciates a variety of color options, the selection for this model may feel somewhat limited.

I have both colors and love wearing these to work.
Good looking, great price, but they don't fit my feet. They are far too narrow and are made for people with slender size 12 feet.
Great Support and great padding! Other trainers were too stiff. This was just right for me and it comes in a 12.5.
Wife got these at an outlet store for $40 for use as mountain bike shoes. They work great for that purpose as the sole pattern is not too deep & fairly soft so it engages with the spiked flat pedals about as well as dedicated MTB shoes. Off the bike, the soles provide great grip if you need to hike-a-bike a section, way better than slick MTB shoes. Also used these as golf shoes and they were awesome, really good grip. They are tight in the front of the foot as noted by others which can lead to hot foot when biking, but not bad. Have not expanded much either after a month of use. They also clean off nicely after dirty rides.
Not true to size at all.My husband wears the size I bought and he couldn’t even get his feet in the shoe-shoes are very narrow.
