I am replacing a very similar pair of Naturalizer boots that I absolutely loved and wore on an almost daily basis for years! Soft leather, comfort and a great look. I expect these to become a favorite, as well. I am very slim and wish the calf was a bit smaller, but they still don't look too big.
When i first put them on, the toe box did not feel like true wide width. But, after a day in them they stretched out like leather is prone to do and now they are perfect. The calf circumference is perfect as well. Fits snuggly but not too tight. I have a firm step but the quiet heel doesn't make me sound like an elephant walking. Great boots.
After looking for real leather boots for months, I was thrilled when I stumbled upon these bad boys! They are so comfortable and quality made! The color is gorgeous and they fit perfectly true to size! 10/10 would order again!
Love the fit of these, great for a wide calf. The leather scuffs very easily unfortunately. These are my first real leather boots, so that was a bit of a surprise, but I’ve walked through a lot of puddles and snow with them and my feet stay dry, so I love that. I would recommend to others.
This is a beautiful pebble leather boot, very comfortable and low heel for additional comfort! Naturalizer knows how to fit the human foot! Great style and the comfort is unsurpassed. My normal size is 8 and the 8 in this boot fit perfectly. HIghly recommend Naturalizer!
I got the Banana Bread in size 6 Wide. At this size, the opening is listed as 14.33" and the calf circumference as 14.25", but the measurements of the actual boots that I got in this size were 15" and 14", respectively. I am 5' tall, 128 pounds with athletic legs. At their widest, both of my calves measure at 14", so while wearing skinny jeans, the boots were too tight. With effort, I managed to zip up the right boot, but the left boot did not budge. "Maybe I need to break them in," I thought. When I tried walking in them, the zippers pinched my calves because they were so tight. Ouch!Also, my usually complimentary husband said they looked like "rain boots." Maybe it was my fault for ordering a Wide, which I rarely need. This may have been why the ankle part appeared looser (and more like rain boots) than expected. The side view was more flattering than the straight on view.Lastly, the Banana Bread color was lovely--a light golden brown. The leather looked nice, but it did show scratches as my fingers brushed by. I included my drawing of the boot measurements in case it helps my fellow, short-legged petites!) The shaft was 14" tall on the back, but an inch taller on the front--due to the style. Overall, it was a beautiful boot, but it just didn't fit me.
I love love these boots. I wear a size 9 in most shoes and I’m a true B width with narrow heals. These boots fit wonderfully. I do use an arch support inside since mine are low, but I can comfortably wear them all day. I usually wear tights with my boots or regular socks, so I ordered an 8.5, perfect! The store that sent mine took the time to carefully package buckles etc so as not to be scratched. Thank you. I’d highly recommend.
The boot is soft and beautiful. Unfortunately, the width is much narrower than labeled.
