Great sandal, was looking for a VERY comfortable walking sandal in black, but with a thick sole. In a closed toed shoe I'd wear a 61/2m, but in an opened back sandal, I usually wear atleast a 7m, these are sized a 38 EU/6.5-7m US & fit perfectly, not too short in length. Would highly recommend this to anyone!
According to the size chart I ordered a 7.5 to 8. I wear a size 7.5 and these were too large, especially in the width. Disappointing...But I liked the sandal enough to order a 7 which was a bit small and a bit wide but it fit well enough to keep. Very comfortable.
I like these shoes, very comfortable. This is my 3rd pair in 10 years. I probably were my more than most but I live in Florida.
Do not buy from Peltz Shoes! They sent used shoes!! These shoes are used!!!! At first look, they had sweat stains on footbed and the elastic was stretched out. I took one look at these shoes and boxed them back up and had them at UPS within 30 minutes of them arriving. Peltz shoes should be banned from selling on Amazon!
I absolutely LOVE these shoes! They are so comfortable, look fabulous and the heel height is perfect. The elastic band covers my bunions without pressure. They are now my everyday summer shoes!
Super Comfortable and Stylish - gotta love it!
I love the Naot brand & have many different styles..I was excited after ordering these & couldn't wait for their arrival, constantly peeking out to the front porch for the box.But the shoes are too loose & will have to be returned.Not too long. Not too wide.But the elastic is so loose they will not stay on my feet. Surprising, because I have a high arch & sometimes have to bypass a style due to extreme tightness at the arch. .I really wonder if the very loose elastic is a manufacturing error?
I have wide feet with pretty serious bunions, and have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes that I liked. I have had these for 6 years.Pro: very comfortable. If you like the somewhat big shoe look (which I do) then this is for you. If you have bunions these shoes are for you. My bunions have zero pain in these shoes. That almost never happens.Cons: As others have noted, they do fray after a while where the stretch goes over the sole. I sewed mine with black thread to cover it and it looks fine (although of course I'd rather not have to re-sew shoes that I spent so much money on).The shoe does stretch after a while. Starting in their 4th or 5th year they started really stretching, so my foot is not as secure. If I wear it to shuffle around, I am fine. But if you wear it anywhere to do any kind of serious walking, it can be dangerous as my foot has often slipped or moved into an oh-no-I'm-going-to-sprain-my-ankle posture.Overall I am grateful for this shoe for my wide feet with bunions, but with they could make the stretch part a bit more solid so it does not fray or stretch out so much. I am presently debating if to invest in another pair, knowing that these problems still exist..... I have not decided yet.I hope this review was helpful.
