This is a nice shoe, but keep in mind that it does run about a size larger. You see, someone in the shoe industry rewrote the size chart on shoes without telling me. I ordered a size 5W but the retailer (which is a third party and makes returning much less easy) thinks that a size 5 is the same as a size 36. I am 63 years old, and from my childhood through adulthood a size 5 in the US was always a size 35 overseas. And why isn't an American retailer using American size numbers???? I don't know...I guess I'll have to return all the other shoes from the same order.
The product was neatly packaged and well protected. I needed a comfortable work shoes that ca be worn with thick socks in winter. These shoes fit perfectly on me.
Good fit
