The Muck Boot Muck Excursion Pro Men's Rubber Shoes are designed to provide ultimate comfort and functionality, making them perfect for active days, especially when conditions get tough. With a focus on performance, these shoes boast an innovative etc Sockliner that minimizes friction by dissipating heat generated by your feet. This feature is particularly valuable during warmer weather, ensuring your feet remain comfortable throughout the day.
The breathable XpressCool lining efficiently wicks away moisture from the skin, helping you to stay cool and dry even during intense activities. On top of this, the flexible 4 mm neoprene construction molds to the contours of your foot. This design reduces the risk of blisters and chafing, allowing you to wear these shoes for extended periods with ease.
When it comes to traction, the lightweight rubber pod EVA outsole is designed to grip slippery surfaces effectively, providing sure footing on wet, muddy, or uneven terrain. The thoughtful addition of a back heel loop and shorter shaft allows for easy on/off access, making these waterproof rubber shoes a convenient choice for both daily chores and spontaneous adventures.
Comfort rated between 40 °F (4 °C) and 95 °F (35 °C), these shoes are built to accommodate various outdoor activities, from gardening to hiking in unpredictable weather conditions. Since its inception in 1999, The Original Muck Boot Company has focused on creating high-performance footwear, and the Muck Excursion Pro is a testament to their commitment to comfort and quality.

The Muck Boot Muck Excursion Pro Men's Rubber Shoes excel in providing comfort and functionality, ideal for anyone engaging in outdoor activities or requiring reliable footwear for everyday tasks. The standout feature is the 4 mm neoprene which adapts effortlessly to your foot shape, simultaneously offering warmth and waterproofing.
In terms of breathability, the XpressCool lining makes a significant difference, actively pulling moisture away and keeping your feet dry, which is crucial during hot summer days or vigorous activities. Users have often praised this particular element, highlighting how it enhances overall comfort.
The traction offered by the rubber pod EVA outsole is noteworthy, with positive user experiences reported on various terrains, especially in wet or muddy conditions. This feature gives you confidence while navigating through challenging environments, making these shoes versatile for both work and play.
On the usability side, the easy-on, easy-off design significantly simplifies the process of wearing these shoes, which can be a game changer for users who frequently switch between indoor and outdoor settings. The added protection with extended rubber coverage is also commendable, enhancing durability against environmental elements.
However, it's essential to note that some users have found the arch support lacking for extensive walking or standing, which may affect long-term wear for those needing specific orthopedic support. I have had these shoes for 18 months and wear them about 20% of the time. I noticed a month ago the soles of the shoes are coming apart. Before I ordered them I had noticed this was the number 1 complaint and thought I would take a chance as the overall reviews were quite good. I emailed Muck with pictures and I was told sorry the the warranty is only 1 year. I don't know about anyone else but when was the last time you had a shoe that (not worn out) fell apart this quickly. I am really dissapointed that Muck does not stand behind their brands. For $100 I will need to take my business to a more reputable company that believes in their brand.
Have been buying MuckBoots for a long time. Really like them. This time around tho, bought my usual size, a 9, and length was great, but the width was a little too narrow thru the ball of my foot.. Still wear them and like them, and will continue to buy.
Whether I'm walking the dogs, running the mower or spreading mulch, these have been the best shoe purchase I've made. If they ever give out on me, I'll buy the same thing again, but there's been absolutely no wear on the soles or really, anywhere! I'm here to buy another insole replacement, just to keep them comfortable for another couple of years.
I bought this boot and it was at least 2 sizes too small. I have the Arctic tall boot and it fits perfectly. I bought the same size and I couldn't barely get my foot into it.You would think Muck Boot would have a quality control program that checks products supplied by overseas manufacturers against a MuckBoot size standard before they put them in inventory. I used to swear by this company and its products but this experience tells me they have sacrificed quality for profit margins. Not only that, when I sent an email in to customer service, they told me thay had no record of my order and that I should contact the company I purchased the boots from. I had ordered directly from MuckBoots so I sent them back their own order number. So not only is their product quality bad, they can't even do customer service right. So now I have to ship the boots back to them at my expense and I have nothing to show for it. I can't even order a larger size because 13 is the largest they sell, which is what I bought, and it fits like an 11.Only order these with extreme caution. Buyer be 'ware.
I have had 5 pair of muck in different heights. My first pair of garden boots fit so well and lasted extremely long but somehow got a slit in them. I ordered another pair and these Chinese pair are so narrow that my foot will not go in. Top it off and one shoe was a 12 and the other a 13.
A very comfortable shoe. About my fifth pair of muck shoes always great in the past. My almost new pair is leaking around front toe already. Sermon 7
