I bought these to replace the worn regular Arctic Sport Muck boots I purchased 3 years ago; I feed my horses in winter through the mud and snow and spend time outdoors with my dogs , etc. I decided to try these boots with the extra toe protection--they are really comfortable and well fitting . I am an older woman usually wearing a size 10M woman's but buy the size 8M's in the men's,which fit me perfectly and which for some reason always seem sturdier to me than the women's. The boots are as described as far as the width and fit are concerned. I haven't had a chance to try out the waterproof feature but I am sure it will be fine hopefully as long as the last pair I bought. They are very comfortable and warm, with super good tread ,and the steel toe protection does not interfere with the fit at all. The only con is that they are in my opinion way too expensive to make up for any difference in these and the regular Arctic Sports boots ( or at least they were when I bought mine). I had plenty of Amazon Chase card rewards or I wouldn't have bought them. They are really nice boots though, and are a necessary winter article for me.
Feet are staying warm and dry.
Cold winters these are a great boot stay warm and dry. Only time I got cold was -18 that’s 18 below zero and about a 20 mph wind 29 feet in the air then my feet got froze but these are a great boot and the price is worth it
Great for the job
Keeps feet warm good construction
It's a great boot at a fair price
Put these to the test a week after I got these. They run a little large. I wear a 10.5 in Timberland Pros. The Mucks probably would have been good in a size 10. But it's not a bad fit. They definitely are good if you work a trade profession that does earthwork. Good against the mud, muck, and the water.
Boots are very comfortable. I would recommend superfeet or powerstep orthotics if your going to be on your feet all day in them. But you just can't beat the comfort and quality of a Muck Boot.
