When it comes to training shoes, the Mizuno Women's TF-01 stands out due to its blend of innovative technology and thoughtful design. The C.O.B. technology integrated into the midsole plays a pivotal role in enhancing your training experience. It allows for improved sensitivity underfoot, which can significantly impact balance and overall performance, especially during high-intensity workouts.
The outsole design deserves special mention as it provides exceptional grip, making transitions and quick movements more manageable. Whether you are sprinting or engaging in plyometric exercises, the traction will keep you grounded and confident.
Another noteworthy aspect is the EVA midsole that adds a layer of cushioning, helping absorb impact during exercises. It's particularly beneficial if you partake in workouts involving jumps or heavy lifting. Additionally, the external heel counter offers stability, ensuring that your foot remains secure within the shoe, adding another dimension of safety during your workouts.
On the downside, some users have reported that the TF-01 may lack sufficient arch support for prolonged use, which could be a consideration for those with specific foot needs. Furthermore, if you have wider feet, you might find the fit a bit snug. Despite these minor drawbacks, the Mizuno TF-01 remains a solid investment for anyone serious about training.

I wear these to run, hike, and weight train. I have a slightly narrow foot and a low instep, and these are absolutely perfect. The fit is great, and it's easy to forget you have shoes on. These are super lightweight and flexible (I don't want "support" because I want strong feet!). I would recommend these to anyone unless you have a really high instep, as I don't think this shape would suit.I'm planning to order a second pair after a year and a half of wear. Mine are still holding up well considering I wear them probably half the time I'm wearing shoes...
It's super comfortable, and my daughters like the style. However, after a month of use, the shoe's base starts to crumble and crack.
The shoe fit, but it didn't have insoles in the shoe.
This cross trainer is visually chic and appealing. Unfortunately, it offers very little arch and ankle support. I was hoping to use it as a treadmill and weights in-doors-only shoe. However, this shoe offers very little protection and if I dropped a dumbbell on my foot, I’d be sorry - so I returned it. I was not paid for this honest review. I am a budget minded parent and an enthusiastic online shopper.
I’m not really sure how to feel about these. The inside almost seems like it has no insole so it’s not very padded. The shoes are comfortable but they just seem really flat and wide looking. They make your feet look bigger than they are and it’s just not what I expected when I ordered it. I kept them but I can’t say I have worn them much and they’re very very white if you get the white ones. They look like duck shoes. Don’t get something like this if you want to use it to walk in the mornings in South Florida with rainy weather – not a good idea.
These are perfect for circuit training. They help with stability and balance and have great arch support. I would not recommend for a cardio workout as the sole is very thin but I love them for weights, squats etc.
Very good git
Washed them one time and they completely fell apart.
