When it comes to evaluating the Mizuno men's TF-01 cross trainer, several key categories stand out.
Performance: The incorporation of C.O.B. technology significantly elevates your training experience by boosting responsiveness and coordination with every step. Whether you're involved in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or simply hitting the gym for a cardio session, the TF-01 excels in providing both speed and stability.

Its woven mesh upper allows for adequate airflow while conforming nicely to your foot shape, reducing discomfort during prolonged use. The EVA midsole adds a cushy layer that absorbs impact effectively, making it suitable for jump-based exercises.

Overall Experience: As a versatile shoe, the TF-01 strikes a balance between functionality and style. While its sleek design may appeal to the aesthetic senses, its technical capabilities make it an unmatched choice for athletes and fitness seekers alike. I have always bought Mizuno running shoes, and this was my first purchase in another shoe category. It definitely did not disappoint. This shoe is extremely stable and is good to wear in the gym, and it matches well with a lot of casual / business casual clothing, so I am even just wearing them around the office. Definitely recommend, and I am already going to buy a second pair.
Mizuno is an amazing, revelatory brand that I found 8 years ago. They’re the most comfortable sneaker I’ve ever had, bar none. These cross-trainers are sturdy but feel almost like you’re barefoot on plush material. I have 2 pairs of 6-plus year old running shoes from them that, although dirty, have not degrade or deteriorated enough to be thrown out; they make great light hiking/shore mudder shoes. Cheaper than Nike but BETTER!
The shoe is amazingly comfortable. I use it as in indoor trainer. The only issue is when I am moving from mat to mat and there is a little sweat on the tiled floor where I work out. Then the soles behave like walking across a greasy and wet kitchen floor in smooth leather soled shoes. water on ice has more traction. That being said, they are amazingly comfortable. I would rather invest in larger mats than find a different shoe.
On my feet 18 hours a day. 47 years old, 6’1 205lb size 12.5These things fit like a dream. Have a pair of ON running, in the past have also worn New Balance, Saucony. These are versatile. Vigorous exercise, long surgical procedures, waiting in line for 5 hours at the bank. You name it. Comfort supreme.
Love the look and the feel of these shoes. They are very light and easy to wear.
Very nice product!!!
Xmas gift for hubby. He said he likes them but not enough cushion in the shoe.
Bought as nano pump and metcon 3 training shoes replacements with 50% chance to return for metcon 6 in my mind , Flexible, close to the ground, stable and Hug my feet so well felt like kinda like wearing vibram five fingers with enchanted stability , wasn’t expecting them to be that great! Highly recommended, be aware Japanese brands (ASICS Mizuno etc) tend to run narrow so half size up from Nike and Reebok would be ideal unless you have very narrow feet.
