The Minnetonka Women’s Eco Oak stands out prominently in the eco-conscious footwear market. Offering a blend of comfort, style, and sustainability, these slip-ons cater perfectly to women who are looking for functional yet fashionable options. The highlight of these shoes is undoubtedly the removable contoured footbed, which provides unparalleled comfort, making them ideal for long walks or casual outings.
Flexibility is another strong point—thanks to the MInnTREAD rubber sole reinforced with recycled rice husk, you'll experience stability and traction on different surfaces. This innovative approach not only enhances functionality but also reinforces Minnetonka's commitment to sustainability.
The soft Berber lining welcomes your feet into a warm embrace, retaining heat during colder months while allowing breathability when needed. Furthermore, knowing that each pair consists of materials sourced from roughly eight recycled plastic bottles speaks volumes about Minnetonka's dedication to reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
However, it's worth mentioning that the fit may be snug for those with wider feet, and the variety in color choices could limit personal expression. Yet, the positive impact on the environment and the comfort they provide make these minor drawbacks easy to overlook. Overall, the Minnetonka Women’s Eco Oak shoes are a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a responsible and stylish addition to their wardrobe.

Well made, can wear outdoors.
I was hoping to wear these shoes in the winter around the house and for when I have to run outside to get the mail or go to the store. They look to me more like slippers than shoes but the cozy, warm lining would have made them perfect for what I wanted them for. Unfortunately they run really small. I normally wear a 9 so that is what I ordered. These fit like an 8. My toes are smashed against the front end of the shoe. I'm going to try to stretch them but if I can't I won't be able to wear them at all.
Because I was very happy with a previous purchase, looked for the same brand. Very happy with them. So suggest ordering at least a 1/2 size up.
Well made and great quality. However, they do run small. I ordered a 9 and it fits more like an 8 or 8 1/2.
The fit and sizing is perfect. Super comfortable and a delight to walk in. Bottoms are durable, so going out side for mail is not an issue and you are protected. They feel great so far but need to be broken in yet.
The look is much more "slipper" than shoe. There are functional bow ties on top, but looseness in the toe box is not the problem. These nice slippers just didn't fit. They're well made, but I suspect a design problem.I'm a European 40 and this size 9 would have fit me -- just barely length-wise -- but the sole is stiff and the heel is loose, so my heel comes loose with every step. (This has happened for me with some flats, so I may have a relatively narrow heel.)I tried them with regular socks, and my toes bump up more against the end but there's still not enough "grab" at the heel. If you have trouble with ballet-style shoes and other flats being too loose at the heel, these slippers may not fit you. While they'd be a good indoor/outdoor shoe, with a comfortable, thick berber fleece insert that could presumably be easily replaced, their website doesn't offer replacements, so you'd need to find generic fleece insoles.
I have several pair of Minnetonka shoes and slippers. I have purchased their products for forty years and have found them to be of great quality and comfort. THEN along came these eco slippers. This is an abject failure for Minnetonka. They are cheaply made, the outer material is like tree bark and is very stiff. They are uncomfortable because of the stiffness. I would not recommend anyone purchase them and I advise Minnetonka to quit manufacturing them.
My wife loves these slippers.
