Update: After using these for a month, they have become a bit looser (like half a size larger/longer). I guess the padding settled or it depends on the socks I use. I still like them, but the fit changed.Listed as unisex (Merrell Unisex-Adult Fullbench Speed Mid), but the box reads "men's" (which is fine since it's for me). Fits really well, laces seem kind of short, but I don't go to the top.The shoe has a carbon toe cap, slip-resistant sole, and waterproofing on all sides. Might need an insole later.Also, these do not feel heavy, the rear of the heel is rounded, and the padding is slim.
As soon as I saw these work boots I knew I had to have them! I work an eight hour shift and these boots are some of the most comfortable pair of boots I own. I have inserted an orthotic insole inside to protect my heals and to support the arch of my feet and I would definitely suggest an insole for your purchase. They are very light, very roomy and protect your feet. I wear a women’s size 9 and they fit perfectly. So buy your size!

it's a half inch bigger than the label says.
These boots run massive. I have a pair of Merrell hiking boots in 12 and I should’ve ordered these in an 11. Great boots, wish they fit.
