The Men's Keen Flint II Mid Work Boot, specifically designed in a rich brown color and available in size 10 D, is a remarkable reinvention of its predecessor. With innovative KEEN.ReGEN cushioning incorporated into the midsole, these boots offer an impressive 50% energy return with each step you take. Their hiking-inspired design not only protects your feet but also ensures you remain comfortable throughout your workday.
This boot features a highly slip-resistant and EH-rated rubber outsole, making it suitable for various work environments. The asymmetrical steel toes provide unobtrusive yet effective protection, while the durable water-resistant leather keeps your feet dry even in challenging conditions. Weighing in at just 24.25 oz (688 g) per shoe, these boots are engineered for movement, offering excellent underfoot support that helps you stay on your feet longer.

The Keen Flint II Mid Work Boot excels primarily in comfort and support. The KEEN.ReGEN technology absorbs shock exceptionally well, making each step feel cushioned. You will appreciate the moisture-wicking lining, especially during warmer days when foot perspiration can become uncomfortable.
Safety is paramount in any work environment, and these boots deliver reliably. The asymmetrical steel toes add a layer of protection without feeling clunky or intrusive, allowing for natural foot movement. Additionally, the breathable mesh uppers help keep your feet cool, which is especially beneficial if you’re working outdoors in summer heat.
However, while these boots are fantastic for lighter-duty tasks such as landscaping, general maintenance, and light construction, they might not hold up as well in more rigorous applications. Users requiring extensive arch support may find themselves needing additional insoles to achieve optimal comfort levels.

I bought a pair of keen boots 3 years ago and they started falling apart almost immediately. That made me skeptical about trying them again. I decided to give keen 1 more chance and I must say that keen has redeemed themselves with this pair. The break in period was pain free. Also the insoles that come in these boots is like walking on a pillow. Most comfortable and lightweight pair of steel toe boots ive ever put on my feet. Furthermore I dont feel like I can blame keen for the quality of the first part. I bought the hiking/outdoor line rather than the utility line. The utility line is much better manufacturing. Good boots. Will buy again for sure.
For a steel toed mid ankle boot it has exceeded my hopes and expectations for the price point. Out of the box work use with no blisters, and great comfort with hours spent on a concrete floor each day. Love the light weight yet durable construction. Used the same size as my ASICS tennis shoes and they fit perfectly.
Feet never stopped hurting, didn’t work out for me…
Awesome boots, like tennis shoes 👍🏼
I have Planters Fasciitis and my doc said to buy new boots that would take insoles. These are them and are great fitting boots. What I realy like is the finger strap on the back is big enough to put a mans finger in, making the boots slip on. The strings are made of something diferent and when you tighten them up they stay so you can tie the knot. I have tried alot of boots and these get a 12 out of 10
They are easy to put on. They are very comfortable, I don’t think they will even need a break in time. I don’t know how long they will last cause this is the first time I’ve used Keen brand before, I normally buy Wolverines
Durable and comfortable from the git go. No long break in needed.
I had another pair of these that I bought about 4 years ago and I walked them til they had holes in the soles! Loved them so much! This new pair fits great and are wonderful to walk in!Thanls so much!
