These tabi are made more for looking cool and holding up against concrete and asphalt than actual martial arts or work. They are looser and have thicker soles than any other tabi I have and I wouldnt want to throw too many kicks or walk on a precarious surface, as you cant really feel the ground as with more traditional tabi. They do look super, super cool though.
