These boots run true to size. The wide calf is roomy enough with pants tucked in. I purchased them in black and they are very soft and nice looking.
Was a little worried when I first pulled these on, as they felt a little tight. I crossed my fingers and hoped they just needed a day of breaking in… and that was exactly right. Within a few hours of wear, these fit perfectly! Did well in rainy weather, too, which was a very pleasant surprise. Warm but not too warm. Very happy with this purchase!
These fit perfect on my larger calves. Comfortable to wear most of the day. I wouldn’t walk constantly all day in them though. They did have a little squeak in them the first couple days I wore them but it seems to have stopped. Maybe needed to be wore in first. Ordered a normal width and a wide. I’m right on the cusp of a wide foot and the normal width fit me. Great for fall outfits.
I ordered these boots in a size 9.5 wide width. They were a little snug so I ordered the size 10 wide width and returned the 9.5 wide width. I usually wear a size 9, but my one foot is a little wider than the other. Perfect fit! I know a lot of people say the wide width does not seem wide, but it works for me!
I ordered the regular size calf, not wide, and even the regular size was way too wide. I actually thought I must have ordered the wide by mistake. But turns out the calves are just very wide on these boots. Which is a shame because the boots were really cute. I loved the style/design and they were really comfortable. The one thing I didn't like was that there is an elastic band on the back of the boot (where the calf is), instead of being the regular boot material, it's just this big elastic piece, which unfortunately looks really cheap and makes the boot look cheap. I get having an elastic piece on a wide boot, but a regular boot should not have elastic like that.

I just LOVE these boots. I have received so many compliments on them. So very comfortable and cute!!! I found they run for me about a half size smaller. I wear an 8 in shoes but boots I always order half size bigger. Even though I ordered an 8.5 they fit like an 8. But still a keeper
These boots are very simple and most importantly they don’t look cheap and shiny! I recently purchased another pair from lifestride and the boots were awful, and looked like they could melt if you literally just sat around a bonfire. Very plastic and shiny looking. BUT these boots from lifestride are not so, at all! They are firm, matte, simple and just beautiful! I believe lifestride has changed their measurements when making their boots because in the past, a few years ago I ordered a regular calf boot and it fit my skinny calves perfectly. I was happy to finally find a brand that fit me. But now, both of the new boots I have purchased within the last 3 months are very wide, even being labeled the regular calf boot. I am very disappointed in this new development. But overall I am happy. These boots lost a star due to the new wide calf on even the regular boots.
