I have worn L.B. Evans slippers, in several styles and colors, for many years. I have never been disappointed by the fit, comfort, or the durability of any of their slippers. I highly recommend them and will continue to wear them as long as I can find them.
Size is a little loose
My son was very pleased
This is my second pair, the first pair lasted 4 years! I will put an molded arch insert for my deformed arches as soon as the ones in the slipper flatten out. I anticipate that they will last at least as long as the last pair! I think this company makes very good well-made slippers and recommend them without reservation.
I ordered a 9 for my husband, who wears an 8.5 or 9, but I had to return them and get a 10 because his "smart" toes were scrunched up in the 9. The 10 is a little bit big but since he wears socks most of the time, they fit perfectly. The return process was very easy and he had the replacement in a few days.He really like the memory foam insoles. He's only worn them a few times because it's summer. They seem to be fairly well constructed of good quality materials but time will tell for sure.Overall, I'd recommend these slippers. Just remember that they run a bit small and order accordingly.
Terrific shoes, well worth the price. I received some slippers for Christmas, but the smallest size that Walmart had were to big.The shuffle noise I made while wearing them while walking drove everyone crazy, especially my wife, so she was all in favor of buying another pair and to be surer that they would fit. These fit as well was my athletic shoes. The only complaint is that there is practically no arch support. I had a pair of hardly used insoles that cost only $10.00 and when I put them in the slippers, they are perfect.I feel like they will last easily for two years aslongas I don't wear them while working out. They almost look like my dockside shoes and are 10x more comfortable. The are much more than a great pair of slippers but regular shoes as well!
The last 3 pairs I purchased has resulted in the rawhide cord breaking in less than a year. I doubt this is real rawhide as it has very poor longevity. And, replacement cord would be very difficult to restring.
I have very wide feet and it's hard to find anything that fits properly, but after several missteps from other brands these fit great. They are also not a fortune either. I don't expect these to last for the next 5 years. I'm just looking for a comfortable pair of house shoes that don't hurt my wide feet and these are it! I highly recommend them. Last, the nonslip soles of the shoes are well made and designed.
