These boots are great, easy break in and comfortable fit
This is my second pair of these boots. They hold up pretty good, I wear them both on fires and out on project/cutting trees. They're comfortable right out of the box and break in easy.
My husband is a Wild land firefighter and is really impressed with these boots. Comfortable and they have help up great.
I have yet to try it on the fire line but they are comfortable and feel like a hiking boot. I am curious to see how it will hold up to the heat plus wear on a fire.
Way more comfortable than a pair of logger style boots. Used them almost a whole season so far and no durability or grip issues so far. Im expecting these to hold up a second season too. I came from danner style boots so these are a step up and no need to double sock like you would loggers.
Bought this product with a recommendation of a couple of coworkers. Out of the box I was suprised at the tread depth compared to danner WTF. The have heavier duty gromits and hooks. No plastic piece in the heel that rubs your skin of. Stock laces are garbage as per usual with boots.
Comfy boots but cant withstand any kind of water. Wouldn’t buy them again.
Good boots, but the waterproofing was less than I was expecting. It works for a moment, but if you walk through wet grass for more than a couple minutes they do soak through. The Kenetrek boot oil/waterproofing did not remedy this. I would not recommend these boots simply because the quality does not match the price paid. Durability is okay, they get the job done. If you get these boots you will need good wool socks to compensate.
