The KEEN Women's Voyageur Mid Height Hiking Boots display a blend of functionality and comfort that caters well to hiking enthusiasts. The first thing you'll notice is the excellent craftsmanship, which combines water-resistant leather with breathable mesh for optimal moisture management. Whether you're trekking through streams or navigating dusty trails, your feet will remain comfortable and dry.
The traction offered by the 4mm multi-directional lugs is impressive, allowing for confident strides on both wet and dry surfaces. The KEEN.ALL-TERRAIN rubber outsole further enhances grip, making it a reliable choice for challenging terrains. Additionally, the mid-profile design ensures that you receive adequate ankle support without feeling overly constricted.
One standout feature is the removable metatomical footbed, which cradles the foot's natural contours, providing personalized arch support. If you have custom orthotics, swapping out the footbed is straightforward, allowing you to tailor the fit to your needs. However, be mindful that while these boots excel in warmer conditions due to their breathability, they may fall short in colder environments as they lack significant insulation.
Overall, the KEEN Women's Voyageur Mid Height Hiking Boots offer a commendable balance of durability, comfort, and support, making them an invaluable addition to any outdoor enthusiast's gear collection.

Love the keen boots for hiking. Always fit perfect right out of the box, no breaking in period. Comfortable whether you are hiking the mountains or running around town. Even if you are on your feet all day hiking the trails they stay comfortable.
I am somebody who hikes 5+ miles every single day. I have hiked peak after peak in these boots, and they have performed flawlessly everytime. I have little bunionettes on both feet from tight running shoes several years ago, and these boots have stellar toe-box space for them. I have nothing to say about these boots but good. LOVE the tread, LOVE the ankle support, LOVE the fit. GET THEM.
It took me many purchases and returns to finally find a pair of non-waterproof lined boots that felt comfortable for the long haul. I was getting ready for a trip of over two weeks of going to various State and National Parks with only one pair of footwear to do everything in so they had to be great! And they were! I had no trouble with them whatsoever in the various terrains I used them in (all but snow). They are a great, all-around boot. I wore them day in and day out without a single bit of fatigue nor that "Ahh, finally getting these boots off" at the end of the day feeling. I put them on and didn't think about them again the rest of the trip.I have a slightly wide foot and typically wear 7.5 - 8 sneakers. Since I intended to wear a liner sock with medium wool socks, I went with an 8 to ensure they would be snug without being overly tight. Now that I'm home, I've worn them with just plain white socks and they still feel very comfortable. My toes can move freely and there's no pinching on the sides. The odd dip in the back was concerning but not noticeable when actually wearing the boot. The laces stay tied without doing anything special and my feet felt secure. I was originally looking for higher ankle support but these supported me just fine.I searched for non-waterproof lined boots because I have found waterproofing to make my feet way too hot. I would have loved an air vent right above the toe box as my feet still did get a little warm. The liner sock with wool socks made it so my feet were still comfortable. I deliberately stepped in a muddy puddle a few times until my feet got wet and they dried really quickly. I encountered a woman in my travels with the same boots and she said she sprayed hers with silicone spray. Her feet did not get wet during the very rainy hike we were on, but mine did get slightly damp. Again, they dried very quickly once out of the rain. I hate cold, wet feet but I stayed comfortable! I still would stick with these over waterproofed boots. So I'm very happy I found these boots. They were exactly what I needed - a comfortable boot able to handle various terrains in various weather conditions.
I bought these as a substitute for the high-cost hiking shoes recommended to me after I had broken my ankle and badly sprained my MCL all within a few months. I have been wearing these shoes for long walks and moderately-long hikes, on a variety of terrain, and -- so far -- I am super-pleased with them! They are very comfortable once you break them in (a couple weeks for me), they remain quite water-proof when traversing woodland with occasional rills and other wet areas, and I have found them to offer better traction than I dared hope for the price. I have worn them hiking up and down ravines, through muddy woodland areas, on hard-packed road with widely-scattered loose rocks, and even on a small area of loose sand -- so far, they have performed beautifully in keeping my feet, ankles, and knees stable and making me feel secure when I walk. They really do seem very well made. and to deliver on what they promise. The only reason I haven't given them five stars is that I have only used them a few months and there are some terrains I haven't yet attempted. I may later update this review to five stars if these shoes continue to please me as much as they have so far!
These boots have a wide toe box so you can move your toes inside the boots. The boots are well made with great ventilation and sturdiness. I had no break in time at all. I work in a garden center so I’m on concrete flooring all day long. I’m around water and if I get my boots wet it takes two days to dry them out. Take the liners out so they can dry too. I love these boots they are really comfy. They are a bit heavy, but it’s a good trade off because I don’t feel rocks or gravel under the souls. Well worth the money.
The sizing doesn't say Wide when ordering, nor does it indicate on the box that it's Wide. But inside the shoe on the label, it does indicate Wide. It is quite wide and would not work for narrow feet. For me the fit is perfect (bunions push me to wide width). Also there are tiny mesh inserts on sides, right where bunion is, so it is extra comfortable. It is a bit wider than the Voyageur low top version, which I also purchased. The heel is narrow enough to hug my narrow heel. There is a neat technology - wrapped around the back heel of the shoe, a ribbon band attached to the heel and connected to the shoelace loop, it tightens the shoe as needed with a pull of the laces before tying. It is visible in picture attached. Insert is removable and has decent arch support. There is room to add additional arch wedge. Very pleased and I would definitely buy again. Size 7-1/2
Very comfortable, cute but first time I wore them the lace holder tore out. Very disappointing!
I absolutely love these shoes as they are super comfy, I love that they make me taller but I have to tuck the shoe laces into the shoes after I tie them or they tend to get caught in the other shoes hook (not sure what it's called but it's the last top hooky thing you put the lace in when tying them) when walking which I almost died once from tripping and came close to face planting on pavement! My daughter has the same shoes and the same issue so I know it's not just clutzy me 😂 so walk carefully
