When it comes to choosing reliable work boots, the KEEN Utility Men's Milwaukee 6" Steel Toe Work Boots stand out for several reasons. Let's examine them closely.
Comfort: The first aspect you will notice is the comfort level. With its metatomical dual density EVA footbed, these boots provide excellent cushioning and support, which helps reduce fatigue during long working hours. Additionally, the asymmetrical steel toe design offers a more spacious toe box, enhancing overall comfort.
Durability: Constructed with high-quality, waterproof leather, these boots promise durability even under pressure. They hold up well against harsh elements and rugged terrains, ensuring your feet remain protected and dry.
Safety: Safety features are paramount in work boots, and the Milwaukee model does not disappoint. It meets essential safety standards and provides electrical hazard protection, making it a suitable choice for various industrial settings.
Traction: The oil- and slip-resistant outsoles are particularly noteworthy, offering superior grip. This feature makes them a great option for jobs involving wet or slippery surfaces. The lug sole pattern ensures stable footing regardless of the terrain.
Breathability: Despite being waterproof, these boots come equipped with a breathable membrane that allows moisture to escape, keeping your feet fresh and dry even after prolonged use.

I use boots like these constantly around our acreage. Have been a wolverine customer for two decades, but in my opinion they have slipped on the durability side of things. I tried a couple of their 10 x and they were too narrow. Same with Timberline which I went to after that. After trying and returning 4 different options, tried these for the first time. Wow. The fit is amaxing, the comfort second to none. By all early indications the durability will be outstanding. But here's the kicker: they are a true 10 X size. No one else has equaled this necessary requirement. Only issue was that the hooks for lacing up are very tight. It takes time to get used to. But after three days, got the hang of it, so there are no complaints there. Very happy with this purchase, and truth be told, I am pretty hard to please when it comes to boots.
I buy these for my wife, she has to have steel/protective footwear at her job. She has wider than normal women's feet and these fit her great. She says they are way more comfortable and longer lasting than others that she has tried. They are on the warmer side but not insulated.
Bought these for work. I'm a mechanic in an industrial Bakery. My job requires a lot of walking, climbing, and crawling under equipment. I bought these because the quality of Duluth Trading Co.'s Grindstone boots seemed to be slipping. So far I am very happy with these boots, they fit well, and the lacing lugs grip the laces so you can adjust the fit just right when you lace them up (i.e.: looser on the bottom set but tight at the top). The only issue 've had with fit and comfort is that the included insole wasn't comfortable (I'm also 6'8" and 300+ lbs. when I'm carrying my tools for work, your mileage may vary), I bought a pair of custom insoles from Red Wing and haven't had any problems since. They are waterproof and have worked well. They held up to being sprayed and splashed with water as well as walking through standing water without a problem. I've also worn them while walking around in snow and slush and my feet stayed dry and warm, and didn't slip on anything except smooth, solid ice. These boots seem very durable. I LOVE the heavy rubber toe cap. I have to crawl under and around machinery, and I tend to drag my toes. The top of the toe box usually starts to get visibly worn after a few weeks and will wear down to the safety toe in about 6 months, but so far the rubber toe on these boots is hardly showing any wear after 2 months.Side note: I ordered these and 2 other pairs of work boots with Prime Wardrobe, I was very satisfied with the whole experience, and being able to try them on was great, especially since I wear a size 14 and boots can be hard to find.
Great boot, I’ll go another round.
Hands down the most comfortable, affordable, well built boot I've ever worn.
I really liked these boots when I first got them. Seemed well made and felt like quality. But one thing I hated was the stiffness in the heel. I had a blister the size of a silver dollar. Had to wear big band aids on my heel. Don't get me wrong, these boots are very comfortable, but you will need to break me in first. Another thing I hated was the eyelets. I NEVER had a pair where the eyelets break. Not even after one, or two years. One broke after one month, the other after the second month. The first was the lace lock. I told myself that will never happen again. Well, guess what. It did, but on the other boot. Now, I'm a bit ticked off. The first one broke after I sat on the floor. The second one was when I was coming down a ladder. I don't know why they broke, but for them to be Keens, and to cost $150 there's no excuse. I had better eyelets from Walmart brand boots. I will try to call customer service to get some kind of compensation, but if I don't these will be the last pair of Keen's I ever buy.Edit: 10/2 changed my review from a three star to a five star. I sent off a warranty claim on their website and within a matter a weeks they approved a $160 credit for a new pair of boots! Keen is awesome in my book and will I continue to buy from them.
I had these pair of boots for less then a month and they have already been damaged. Since this month of owning them I have worn them maybe 10-12 times which is unfortunate because they were fit good and were comfortable.
I added a shoe insole an these have been remarkable I do concerte an am on my feet an they feel great. They are heavy but they keep the water out an with the added intake I feel like I'm walking on air
