Comfort: The Seattle boots feature a wide traditional fit, making them comfortable for long hours on your feet. The 90° heel provides stability and reduces fatigue, which is essential during a busy workday. The moisture-wicking lining ensures your feet remain dry, reducing the risk of blisters and discomfort.
Safety: Safety is paramount in a work environment. The asymmetrical aluminum safety toes provide robust protection against workplace hazards while being significantly lighter than their steel counterparts. The boots also offer excellent slip resistance and electrical hazard rating, ensuring you can navigate different job sites confidently.
Durability: Built with high-quality waterproof leather, these boots can withstand tough conditions. The rugged rubber outsoles provide longevity, maintaining their grip even on slippery surfaces. Additionally, the use of probiotic-based odor technology helps keep odors at bay, ensuring your boots stay fresh longer.

I bought this early in the season because it can snow pretty early in the fall where I live. So I haven't had a chance to really put these boots to the test, but so far they are exactly what I wanted. High quality boots, not too heavy and they look great. A great value if you are after work boots. Fit as expected, no issues.
I like these boots top to bottom. They are a high grade leather, so they are a little stiff for the first couple of days. As you break them in, they form better to your foot and lower ankle. No speed lacing, but I actually prefer the traditional style lacing. I have applied Kiwi shoe polish and they take a good brush shine, my job requires I attend office meetings, and I do not want to change shoes between field and office. They look good and the polish helped condition/soften the leather for break in period. Keen set a new high for me in their work boots/shoes.
Well after a few months of daily constant use with fleet work and out of work i feel like i can give a decent review of these boots. Buying these after years of high cost redwings, coastals, etc i can definitely say i was cautious and wondered if they would last a month in diesel fleet work. After almost 3 months i can say im definitely pleasantly surprised they have done well and stayed compfortable throughout. The good - the tread on the souls are some of the best gripping i have used on ice, snow, wet shop floor, oil and fuel, i have not experianced the delaminating that people have complained of. The leather uppers seem pretty durable and havent torn yet. Overall very waterproof and dont stretch too badly during break in. They are fairly easy to get on and off without much of a fight. Stitching is holding up well. If i would have put on toe protectors from the start i could see these boots going years. The safety toe is compfortable and i can barely tell its thereThe Bad - it should go without saying due to the waterproofing but these things do NOT breath at all. Regularly deal with sweat moisture and wet socks at the end of the day with cheaper cotton socks. Higher quality wool or synthetic socks do a much better job with these boots. Also the laces are complete crap out of the factory and just plan on buying a decent pair of laces day one.Overall a great boot with some easy fixable annoyances but the main features are a great combination. Bravo keen. Will definitely be my next boot when these wear out
Let me start by saying I’ve been skateboarding for almost 20 years and footwear is something that we obsess over. So, I may be a little harder on my review than most. The boot has about a 7 day break in and isn’t extremely comfortable right out of the box. You definitely want to add an insole or get a custom one for some cushion because the sole is pretty hard. After the 7 days and the correct insole you’ll be pleased with comfort! The keen steel toe is very comfy also, you barely notice it’s there. Completely water proof! Prepare for your feet to sweat a lot because these boots do not breathe well at all. I am happy with them though. Very happy.
Fit as expected. After 1 year of nearly daily use, I found the following:The finish didn’t last as long as with previous Keen boots, they show their age.The toe came loose as other people mentioned, some shoe goo took care of the issue. The laces they came with lasted 1 month.Overall they are comfortable and waterproof but the aesthetics leave something to be desired.
When I first got the boots over a year ago they hurt my feet but after braking them in they have been one of the best boots I have owned. Working in the telecommunications and out doors 90% of my work day. I have worn these boots for over a year now in summer and winter, in rain and ice. Climbing poles and ladders. They have held up well and still totally water proof. I highly recommend this boot.
Horrible quality and misleading marketing/design. Falling apart after only 2 weeks of regular/light use.KEEN is a local company to me in Portland OR so I thought it was time I gave their products a try. I like boots for both casual and work use, these "work" boots are pathetic and made from subpar materials for the price and ARE NOT WELTED. For the $100 price tag I expected a full leather upper, not crap vinyl that's already failed. The marketing materials conveniently don't mention the vinyl tongue or the faux welted soles. The glue is already starting to pull from the upper on one the boots, again this is only after two weeks of mostly office use. These boots also have absolutely no arch, if not a negative arch. I've had to purchase hardcore arch support insoles and even then the pain from my left foot is only lessened. This arch support issue and foot pain is something I have never experienced with any other pair of boots and disappears immediately upon putting on a different pair.Overall incredibly disappointing, and especially so since they are a local company that I really wanted to love. I guess I'm going to keep going to Redwing or Sorel for my footwear needs.
The 8 Wide fit perfect, as I have a wide foot. These are the first work boots that I've ever found that actually fit. They are well made, like all keen shoes.
