When it comes to work boots, comfort, safety, and durability are paramount. The KEEN Utility Men's Kansas City Mid Height KBF Composite Toe Waterproof Athletic Work Boots excels in all three aspects. Designed specifically for medium-duty work environments—including construction, landscaping, and maintenance—these boots provide robust protection without compromising on comfort.
The carbon-fiber toe is a standout feature, providing a lightweight alternative to traditional steel toes while still adhering to strict safety standards (ASTM F2412 and F2413). This makes them not only safer but also much more comfortable during extended wear.
Comfort is further enhanced by the KEEN.ReGEN technology, which offers impressive energy return. You’ll notice less fatigue in your feet, even after standing or walking for hours. Coupled with the removable PU insoles, you can adapt these boots to suit your comfort needs perfectly.
Moreover, the waterproof capabilities provided by KEEN.DRY ensure that your feet stay dry no matter the weather. This is especially beneficial if you often find yourself in wet or muddy environments.
On the downside, some users have reported that the fit can be wider than traditional boots, which may require added consideration for those with narrower feet. Additionally, the break-in period could pose a challenge; however, many find it manageable with a little patience.
Overall, the KEEN Utility Men's Kansas City Mid Height KBF Composite Toe Waterproof Athletic Work Boots offer an impressive combination of safety, comfort, and durability, making them an excellent choice for anyone who needs reliable footwear for their work environment.

Love the quality of Keen's work boots. A pair usually last me a year or two of everyday use. i work construction and I am extremely tough on footwear. They also make great disc golf/hiking shoes.
Ordered these composite toe boots to replace a pair of Keen Steel Toe hikers and the weight difference to the steel toe was negligible. Also the entry for your foot into the boot is small, you have to pull the laces wide wide open to get your foot inside.I returned this book in exchange for the Keen Vista which I love.
I have been looking for a work boot that’s weather proof, comfortable, and had the safety aspect I need. Keen fit the bill on all accounts.
Disappointed with the sole of the boot. Received them in June and now September 1st they're falling apart. Initially I was very happy with the comfort and build but now they're falling apart as I walk
I purchased the wide shoe , definitely satisfied completely!
So it was a very lightweight boot wich I loved the only thing I didn't like was it made my feet hurt badly on my big toe idk why but other then that great boot
I don’t like the lacing system . But the comfort and stability make up for that while I work
I've worn Keen shoes in the past and always loved the brand for their wider than average toe boxes. These do not follow that trend. I've had regular width shoes that were wider than these "wide" boots. They look like they would be really nice if they fit, but sadly I'm going to have to hunt for other options.
