The cushioning provided by the full-length high-rebound foam ensures that your feet feel energized throughout the day. This feature is particularly beneficial for those in demanding jobs that require being on your feet for extended periods.
The heel stability offered by the built-in heel cup is another standout feature. It significantly contributes to improved alignment from heel strike through toe-off, which can reduce fatigue and discomfort over time. I had a pair of keen hiking boots with steel toes that I used to use for a labor job, they hurt my feet like crazy but I remembered when I bought them they were super comfortable. Now I'm with the post office and I need to be able to stand up my case and case mail for several hours a day. After I got these they took a few days to form to my feet but now they feel great. I was worried I should have bought the more expensive ones for arch support since I have problems with that but I think as long as I don't let these wear out they'll be fine. They're also thicker than the original liners which I believe are k10s so if your boots are already tight they might not work right. You should leave plenty of room when you buy your boots for different socks so I had to loosen my laces a little bit after taking out the old pancake looking soles. They might be a little tight if I try to wear really thick socks but I might spend the money and buy a pair without the steel toes to wear in the really cold.
So you're probably wondering what K number do I need? I can't tell you and there's no published guide that I've found to help. However the K-20 Utility is nearly a perfect match for what was in my Detroit boots from the factory. I ordered a Medium and have size 10 EE Men's US boots and they matched with no trimming. Perfect fitment. So, very nice product, I would recommend, but am unsure what the K-10 or K-30 really mean. They seem to imply an arch height reference and K-20 feels like stock so if you're also average I'd start there.
Got these to go into my Lowa Renegades. Fit really well despite being competing brands(the Lowas are a hair wider than these insoles). Lots of cushion but feel just a little "mushy" but not enough to feel unstable. They are taller than most factory insoles and made my boots fit about a half size smaller due to this. Overall, very satisfied
I've worn the KEEN Utility Mens K-20 Cushion for many years. I began adding them to my work boots. Then I put them in my tennis shoes, dress shoes, hiking boots...My feet, legs and back feel great by the end of a work day or around town.
Fit well into keen shoes.
it's good quality, but the material is thin so it won't last long under long standing periods, working on cars I'm constantly walking and staying in one place so it wore though the thin material easily
They are great
Comfortable, Great fit that will give your shoes some extra life without costing too much.
