Users have reported increased comfort levels when wearing them for long durations, making these shoes a fantastic option for anyone whose job requires them to be on their feet for extended periods.
Additionally, the moisture-wicking lining does an admirable job of keeping odors at bay, thanks to the CleansportNXT technology, which is especially beneficial in warm weather or strenuous work conditions.

These took a couple of days to break in. Had them a couple of months now and worn them to work every day. I'm on concrete the whole day and walk a lot. They have definitely outperformed most safety shoes I've had, only equal to my winter season boots also from Keen. They are a little more bulky, and heavier than I'd like, but they seem to be pretty tough. Tread is amazing on these. Like a good tire. They are as comfortable as safety toes can be, but more comfortable than most others I've had. The price here in Amazon is also the best I've seen.
The shoes are very comfortable !!! Have already purchased another version of.
Good quality and comfortable fit
Despite being composite toe they are heavier then steel toe shoes I have used in the past. I suspect this is due to the thick sole and glue heavy construction. Not that comfortable the supplied insole is not that great. The sole is very thick and the shoe has less flexibility compared to winter boots. Worst part of these is the laces rather then use conventional tie laces or elastic laces these use a combination system of non elastic lace and clip. The supplies laces are of poor quality and had to be replaced in a month.
I own several keen shoes. Sadly this pair on both sides of both shoes, the stitching where the side panel meets the front where the shoe would flex, all four spots unstitched and started to split. I noticed it on day 4. I have a desk job, they were very gently used.
I have been wearing KEEN shoes for over 10 years now. This is my first experience with the Birmingham style shoe. So far after a week of wearing it I do like it. In the hot summer heat it has enough ventilation to keep my feet dry. This is the first time I had to get a different size that what I usually wear. I had to go from a 10-1/2 down to a 10. I recommend you try a 1/2 size smaller than you usually get. The tread and traction from this shoe is very good. It is also scuff resistant and seems to be holding up well to construction work. 5 stars.
I’ve discovered Keen composite toe shoes about 6-7 years ago, and this is my 4th one. I’ve tried different brands but none of them has the comfort and the wide toe box like the Keens.I’m not crazy about the push button cord thing instead of shoe laces but overall they’re very comfortable.
Very comfortable
