I've bought this model 5 or 6 times now and it's great. Really comfortable for long periods of standing and like with all keen it's a well made boot
I love, love, love these boots! I've been wearing Keen's for a number of years now and I won't buy anything else. The comfort and fit is outstanding and the quality is top notch. In this instance, I was looking for a new pair of boots to replace my old ones and I couldn't find my size in any of the Women's styles that I liked. So, on a whim, I looked at some Men's styles and I found a pair that I liked...and I ordered them. I'm so glad I did! The Men's styles are a bit wider so there's wiggle room and they have a classy look. I may just continue to buy Men's styles in the future!
All I can say is the size is good and not heavy when moving. Seems comfortable. Just got it so dont have much use yet
At first the shoe is bothering my foot on the top side. But after about a day walking in them that went away and the shoes have been very sturdy so far. It's not every day you get to see a pair of these shoes for a hundred bucks either they are usually much higher. Maybe they have a lower standard shoe or something where everybody can afford it but I don't know. I'll updating a couple months to let everybody know how they're holding up I'm in construction
I bought a Men's size 7.5 which, I know from experience, many manufacturers don't offer. Keen does... thank you Keen! The boots were comfortable from the moment I put them on and, after a week of being on my feet constantly, I have to say they may be one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever owned. They are also incredibly lightweight. Just had a snowstorm, and they are very warm and waterproof. Construction looks top notch. Very happy with purchase.
I needed more ankle support with a true too fit foot width hiker/all weather boot. My right foot suffers neuropathy from a botched surgery. My ankles are starting to show some arthritis. These Keen's are working great and they're not even close to being broke in. The quality is excellent. The laces were to short but probably just a production error. On that note, the lace hooks are super cool. They don't really slide but clip in place, it's probably a standard feature these days. I love quickly pulling tension on the laces, setting to my activity, then clip them in the kooks and tie off. Simple to me but I really love the way they tie up.
For all the reviews saying to order a half or even a size up….really? I wear a size 12 in just about all sneakers, brooks, under armour, adidas, you name it. Even a size 12 in timberland hikers. Original Ll bean boots a size 10 (which run huge btw) to give you some ideas. These in a size 12 were huge, even wearing a merino wool thick sock after coming off the treadmill for an hour. . I’m sure I could wrench down the laces and get by, but that’s not how boots should be worn. An 11.5 gives me the extra room needed for swelling and comfort without even being close to snug, I’m sure an 11 would be to small. My advice is to go a half size down from your running shoes or you’ll be returning and exchanging.
I picked these up to replace my Keen work boots. So far they've held up great, and very comfortable. I'm on my feet a fair amount at work. I've noticed that Keen's sizing runs a little small once you get up to big sizes. I normally wear a 12.5-13 but I need a 14 in Keens. Other than that, fantastic boots.
