Kamik Women's Jennifer Rain Boot, Mustard, 10 M US Review

I normally wear a ladies 8-8.5 street shoe so I usually get a 10 for my rain boots because I like them large so I can put new insoles in. So even though the reviews on this boot said that it ran small- I thought I would be safe still ordering a 10. I was able to get them on, but barely could get them off again. But no worries, the exchange for next size up was free and extremely easy.These boots are amazing for the price I paid. The best rain boots I've owned in the past 10 years. I can tell they're going to hold up to the test of time. I work in a dog grooming salon and my boots get abused hard every day. I've been wearing these for a couple weeks now and I'm so happy with the quality. They are so comfortable even after 8 hours standing, with no extra insoles (like I normally have to put in my work boots). They're also very flattering. I'm 5'10" 170# and have a medium size calf. These boots fit snugly in the calf area but I'm still able to tuck my loose-fitting work jeans into them. The top of the boot sits about 3" below my knee. I personally like how tight the fit is in the calf area- other boots are so wide at the top and it ends up being a funnel for the water. Water comes at me from all directions at work so having that close fit on the top of the boot is very helpful.

I love these boots. I have the charcoal and coral colored and they are super cute! Everything seems to be of great quality and I don'e expect them to break on me next week. Mine are tight, but its good because I have skinny calves. Most of my shoes are a size 7 but I ordered the size 6 only because they were $18 as opposed to $65 for the 7s. I don't understand that part. That said they fit tight and my toe is all the way to the front, but not in an uncomfortable way. No thick socks for me, but I have winter boots so these are for the rainy season. Overall pleased!

I took everyone’s advice on going a size up, and I’m glad I did. Please keep in mind that it does not only run small around the calves, it’s small around the ankles. I broke my left ankle so it’s a bit bigger than my right, and after wearing it all day it rubbed and irritated the skin around my left ankle. I didn’t even notice until I took it off though.Otherwise it’s SUPER cute. It’s comfortable as well, not so stiff. It goes up to my knees nicely and I’m 5’2”. Shipping was on time as well. I got the olive green one ☺️

These boots will NOT disappoint. As cute as other trendy, expensive Wellies, but at a fraction of the price. I own Hunters (cracked and faded in funny ways) and Joules (unflattering shaft height and rubber materials marks up too easily), as well as basic Target brand rain boots (budget friendly but boring). These Kamik rain boots are my favorite. This brand of boots hold up well season after season for our active family, providing reliable and functional protection against the many elements that hit us here — rain, sleet, snow, bitter cold. (Kamik is the brand I put on my kids’ feet for winter gear. I never worry about frozen toes or wet feet.) I grew up on the Canadian border and was taught to never skimp on winter gear or weather-appropriate footwear. These Kamik rain boots are worth every penny (and more!!).

I bought these because I teach outdoor education and spend a lot of time in the field. I needed a waterproof boot for days when I'm working along the river. I did not buy a liner yet, because I was in rush to get these and they were on sale. So far I'm really happy with these!Fit is perfect, I bought my usual size, 9. I will say, if you wear a liner with these, the fit might be a little tight. The nature of the synthetic material on the inside makes these feel a tiny bit snug as I pull them on. Once the boot is on all the way, they feel just fine. If I get a liner, I'll update on how the fit changes.The first time I wore these was this past weekend to crew for a friend's ultra-marathon. I walked roughly 6 miles, in snowy weather and I was perfectly warm and dry. I did wear thick winter wool-socks under since I didn't buy a liner. Wore them all day from 7am- 4pm and felt great, even the next day. Warm, waterproof AND comfortable. Totally didn't expect that from a rainboot!

I have narrow feet and ordered these a half size larger than I usually wear. They were painfully narrow getting on and when I took them off it took two hands and my sock got stuck inside anyway. They look great and seem good quality, but the fit is pretty terrible.

I was skeptical to pull the trigger on these because mixed reviews on quality and fit...but went for it because they were so cute and affordable. Arrived today and am VERY pleased! The fit is perfect. I went a half size up from my normal shoe size and they fit well with regular socks but also enough room for a thicker sock if need be. I am very average build with athletic calves and the boots are not tight over the calf, there is room enough to wear boots over jeans etc. I had no trouble pulling on or off the boots (other reviewers commented that it was difficult...I didn’t think so.) Product is just as described. Quality and flexible rubber with a thick and durable sole...if you want a Hunter style boot for a fraction of the price this is the way to go. Now for some rain!
