The boots look and feel great. Material feels sturdy. I ordered these boots once before but due to an issue with where the package was left by usps ( in the driveway thru no fault of the company) the boots were damaged . Boot barn refunded my money and I ordered this last pair from Amazon ( still made by Boot Barn) and everything is fine . Boot Barn is a great company and ordering through Amazon gave assurance they were delivered properly

Boot sole was separating after 1 hour of wearing them. Contacted seller to exchange and had product delayed and then for no reason exchange was removed. Again contacted seller to get an exchange and then again was told product was delayed and then again exchange was removed and after that I was past the return window. Not satisfied with seller nor the quality of boots.

I have had a previous pair of Justin’s come apart at the sole and toe area before but it was a few years back. I figured I’d give the company another shot. However I purchased the above pair on Friday 5/4/23 and have worn them a total of 16 working hours at the time of this review. I work in maintenance so I don’t beat the hell out of my boots but I don’t baby them either. I am very disappointed in the quality of these boots for the price. Frankly I willNever buy another pair of these I’ll stick to ariat or redwing from now on.
