Let me start by saying I have worn many different boots over the years and for the last 6 years Justin have been my go to workboot. That being said this is the first time buying the x5 boots. Normally I bought the 120$ boot steel toe. So if you have never owned justins boots know they run big in size, to put in perspective I wear a 11 1/2- 12 in shoes but in my Justin work boots I wear 9 1/2 comfortably. The x5 are by far a very well made boot, didn't notice any flaws in the boots I received. They are very comfortable, putting the boot on the first time already has the comfort of a 3 week broken in boot. After wearing the first day at work, I had no foot fatigue so little to no brake in required on these. I will say that because of the rubber reinforced heel being so stiff at first, that could cause issues for some. On that point the upper boot holds shape nicely and cause no rubbing irritation on my calves. Over all so far I'm very pleased with the x5 boots, it was the first time I put that much money into a pair of work boots, but I can gladly say after wearing these I will again, in conclusion, WORTH IT!!!!
Comfortable right from the start. I'm in and out of alot of ditches and extreme conditions. Great so far and they arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service. Ups trackingprovided.4/20/2017Update. These boots are still hanging in tough. I've been in and out of muddy bell holes for days and weeks now working on a big gas project. After multiple scrape offs ,cleanings etc. These boots are as good as ever. Feet are dry even when up to my ankles in wet clay and water. But these now.
The boots were 2 different shades. Wore them once and felt left side bigger than ride side. It’s uncomfortable because one foot is sliding.
Have had these for a week now. They fit perfectly and we're comfortable right out of the box, unlike others that need to be broken in first. I am an auto mechanic and am constantly on my feet. The oil resistant outsole is a must and I haven't had a slip up yet. Very impressed. Will buy again
I tried these because I have wide feet and reviews say these worked well. I'm here to tell ya they are not wide they fit as a normal shoe would. Not for wide D or EE shoe wearers.
This is a great boot. awesome support, holds together great. Runs a little large compared to other Justin Boots
the liner along the heel over the course of Just a month became garbage. wound up having to use a shoe horn to put them on and get them off without ruining the entire boot.
Very comfortable work boots. Bought these in the same size I normally wear in Justin boots. Not sure if it's because of the steel toe but they are a little bigger. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
