I like this boot, but almost returned after I tried it on at first. I ordered 1/2 size larger than norm and an extra 1 width wider. Very uncomfortable at first. I gave an hour walking in house on rugs and an hour walking on farm the next day, and now they're great! Took some breaking in for me, great comfort and style. Well made also. I would have liked a softer inner lining towards the top of the boot because as with any boot they're going to rub on your inner calf skin a little. You either get used to it and don't notice after a few days or wear a higher boot sock. The color and quality of the leather and stiching is nice. Had about 10 days now and I'm very pleased. These boots as far as I can see personally and in reviews run pretty true to size, but boot fits are a little different than shoe or running shoes fit and feel, so if say your comfortably snug in a running shoe 11, you may be ok but may want to consider a 1/2 size larger, don't overdue over size ordering with them though.
Before I ordered these boots, I had Georgia Boots as my work shoes, and, let me tell you, these are a big improvement from them. The Georgia Boots were too heavy, they had no ankle support, and were not a very good deal at $70. I would gladly pay twice the price for these boots, they are well worth it!First, the soles are non-slip and durable, making them great for any job.Second, they are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. I could walk around all day and not have any problem with my feet getting tired.Third, they look great! Who wouldn't love working in boots that look like cowboy boots?ONE THING: Justin runs a little big, so I suggest getting a half a size lower than you usually would get.Overall great boots for around $100, these boots will last me many YEARS!
These boots are awesome! They are very very comfortable and look awesome. I get compliments everywhere I go in them. They are nice enough to where you can where them to semi-formal events, and strong enough that I would have no problem working in them. They tend to run about a half size big. I wear a 10 EE and I ordered a 9.5 EE and they fit excellent.I would recommend to anyone who wants to look good, play hard, and work hard.
I'm a woman and I usually wear size 11 women's boots. I'm required to wear steel toe for work. Its been difficult (near impossible in fact) to find a woman's boot in my size. These are lighter weight than other steel toe boots I've worn which makes them much easier to wear all day. I like the cowboy style because I've been very uncomfortable in other boots because a boot shaped for a man's ankle just doesn't work for a woman. Besides, cowboy boots are at least sort of unisex, I don't feel like I'm wearing clunky men's boots anymore. The thick rubber sole seems to provide enough cushion. The floors at my work are all concrete and I'm here 9 hours a day 5 days a week. I spend a lot of my day at a desk but the floors are still concrete. I've only been wearing these for a week but they are already better than my last pair of CAT steel toe boots that I paid the same amount of money for. My next pair of boots I will look for a shorter shaft, this one is fine, it hits right below the fullest part of my calf, any higher and they wouldn't fit and I would have had to return them. They are a good value for what you get, in my opinion. I wish the shaft on these was leather too because the synthetic gets a lot hotter in the summer but so far its been okay (think July). The main part over my foot is leather and they have a nice insole that helps wick moisture away from the foot. The stitching pattern is nice even though mostly its covered by my jeans. I'm hopeful that they will hold up over time. They are a little tight across the top of the arch, I have quite high arches but I think as they break in that will get better.
I love these boots, I wear them for work and for working at home, and going out, pretty much, this is the only footwear I wear. Very comfortable and fit as expected. Be careful if you really care about the white upper part of the boots. I was working in the rain in blue jeans and when I came in saw that the white was stained light blue from the jeans. Doesn't really bother me but that might bother some folks. Has held up well going on a year after purchase! Will buy again!
These have become my favorite boots/shoes. They look great for both casual and formal wear. They feel great. When I first wore them the shaft was a bit scratchy. But after 2 or 3 times of wear all of the rough threads were worn smooth. I treat the leather regularly with mink oil and it keeps the leather soft and protected. No regrets at all with this purchase. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Great fit great work n safety boots with the steel toes also great for play for goin out n Fancy functions
Bought these in June of 2022. They fit great, felt good and they were fine. The sole started separating in early December, started to leak water into the toes by the end of December. By the beginning of January 2023 the inside on the left boot ripped out. I emailed the manufacturer that their $150 boots fell apart in 6 months and haven't heard back at all. I will never buy this brand again.
