These are great quality, all leather, and extremely comfortable. If, like me, you hate all the polyester lining/ man made material crap available to the US market, these are for you. The only way to improve them would be to make them in wide widths. I wear 11.5EE but selected size 47 (US14) to get adequate width. They work well for me as house slippers.
The quality and workmanship is amazing. They were a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law and he was gifted a pair from his friend who passed away 10 years ago. He really loves the slippers and so we ordered him a new pair but ordered the wrong size. I have already ordered the new ones and need to return the ones with the wrong size. I would recommend this item to everyone.
I've been looking to replace some Rockport mules that I bought about 12 years ago and use daily.. these are almost identical, are very comfortable, and hopefully last at least half as long.. I already know these will be even better after they're broken in..

The construction is superb.
I have owned two pairs of Josef Seibel slides in the same size (43) and have worn both out. This pair is more slippers than shoes, too narrow to wear with socks and definitely shorter than my most recent pair. On the plus side, the shoe is lighter and the shoemaker has addressed a problem with the elastic attached where the upper part meets the lower under the foot's arch.
Ordered them on Sunday from the UK, they arrived on Wednesday, it was that quick my wife said I should have ordered a fish supper to go with it!
This is a replacement pair. First one lasted 10yrs. Lovely around the house shoe/slipper
